【TAIWAN'S SUBMARINES】

According with the Taiwan has long sought to build its National submarine fleet ; unfortunately,it has died in history and culture.
Now,Taipei only has four submarines - two of World War II-era U.S. Guppy-class submarines,and two other Dutch-built Hai-Lung class submarines in the 1980's.
Meanwhile,China currently owns more than 60 submarines and is rapidly expanding its anti-submarine warfare capabilities , perhaps that they will weaken any threat future from Taiwan's submarines would pose,including the U.S. and the Japan.
So as what the Taiwan's eyes for new submarines?
While specifics are not still clear,but Taiwanese Ministry of National Defense did not make mistake in an assertion ; they are to build at least four new submarines which fundamental tons must be 3000 tons-class.
While the United States no longer builds the traditional diesel-electric submarines,but Taiwan is still seeking,the U.S. sell Taiwan the vessels through other means and channels.The focus on the Taiwan's National Submarines Strategic Deployment - Beijing's blockade.In particular,re-build Taiwan’s own industrial capabilities.
In the end,we all know these pathways that Taiwan seeking submarines will be consistent with the Taiwan Relations Act.
But any U.S. administration’s desire,and that history and culture will be catching Beijing’s anger as as the cross-Strait military imbalance continues to expand.
Despite Taiwan clear need for submarines,but history and culture make worse,so the global companies will be reluctance to do so.
In that style of the National Submarines, and Taiwanese Ministry of National Defense should give up the IDS plan,and to seek Ending of history,to build the National Submarines Force.

【台灣潛艦】

端視長期以來，台灣一直尋求，建立，國家潛艦部隊，不幸地是，死在歷史與文化！

現在，台灣只有四艘潛艦－兩艘是二戰世代美國Guppy-class 潛艦，

與二十世紀八零年代，荷蘭建造兩艘Hai-Lung class潛艦；

同時，當前中國擁有六十多艘潛艦，甚至，加速擴大其反潛戰能力；

可能將一步削弱未來可能會造成任何威脅的台灣潛艦，包括，美國與日本！

是以甚麼是台灣眼中的新型潛艦？

雖然，不是很清楚具體內容，但是，台灣國防部沒有陳述錯誤；

至少，需要建立四艘新潛艦－基本噸位必須是三千噸級！

儘管美國不再建造傳統的柴電潛艦，但是，台灣還是要透過美國，循求其他管道向台灣出售的潛艦；

關鍵是台灣的國家潛艦策略部署-封鎖北京！

最後是，我們都知道這類路線，台灣追求潛艦與台灣關係法是相同的！

但是，任何美國政府希望，以及歷史與文化引惹北京憤怒，繼續擴大兩岸軍事失衡；

儘管台灣顯然需要潛艦，但是，礙於歷史與文化，全球企業有可能不會願意這樣做；

本著國家潛艦精神，台灣國防部應該丟掉IDS計劃，尋求終結歷史，以建立國家潛艦部隊！
