THE APPLICATION OF THE NATIONAL SOLDIERS TO THE NATIONAL AND HOMELAND SECURITY ,

OR BEING ENCOUNTERED THREAT,CRISIS AND ATTACK BY HISTORY AND CULTURE VIOLENCE EXTREMISM AND

TERRORISM. - 台灣窮小子

Tactical deploying relating to any military activities to the National soldiers,or be occurring on our Homeland ; in accordance with laws and sovereignty of the country,including training,gathering,financing,and recruitment.

The power of the National soldiers are to the prohibition of history and culture violence extremism and terriorism ; and their use as a tactucal deployments of trespassing the National and Homeland security,and obstructing of the right of citizens.

In partlicular,whoever on behalf of a history and culture military power or paramilitary organization must be removed.

The military attempt of history and culture should be punishable.

The National soldiers,whoever,by Ending of history,deterrence and force,counterattacking of history and culture violence extremism and terriorism.

To regarde with the recruitment and use of the National soldiers will be signed by the National Act is in preparation.

The concepts of the National soldiers of history and culture are inaccurate and unfounded.

For instance,the R.O.C.'s National civil war is very well known, as is verified in reports of the History,that there is military conflict between the R.O.C.-PRC ' therefore,no National soldiers are taking part in such a conflict.

So,in order to avoid possible mistakes of history and culture,I will propose that in presenting my report Taiwan should fully take into account the reports of the PRC.

Indeed,the National soldiers principles sustaining the political,economic,and military independence and Homeland - integrity ; or use of deterrence and the demand for non-use of force in developed country relations and cooperation among global principles.

Over the many decade,the National soldiers have a transformation in the historical background that they must be no longer surrounded to history and culture ; they will presume the National and Homeland security,which must be emancipated.

The soldiers of history and culture have always used to extremism and terrorism ; and violate rights and freedoms of civilians.

The soldiers of history and culture are to inhibit the democratic elections.

The soldiers of history and culture are also used to challenge and destroy the tolerant country and society,and to impose an ideological to the National and

Social free and independent environment.In particular,the fear of the gun.

The soldiers of history and culture have already run counter to the Global behaviour. Especially,the political undertones come out in the demand for an Autocratic Country.

As we concern with the National soldiers with the flows from lessons and experiences of the Ending of history ; These are recruited and financed,and equipped with modern weapons ; we are tolerated to impose an ideology of the Country,rather than history and culture.

In the end,Taiwan's society must enhance cooperation to partners ; and to prevent and counterattack history and culture violence extremism and terriorism,such as:

1 ，The identification of sources of financing of history and culture violence extremism and terriorism.

2，Reinforcing of partnership cooperation in counterattack history and culture violence extremism and terriorism,such as the United States and the Japan.

The solid Ending of history is encouragement to Taiwanese who deny the National soldiers with history and culture.

國家兵員的應用在國家與國土安全，或遭遇暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義威脅，危機與攻擊.

關於國家兵員，或在我們的國土，符合國家法律與主權，

包括訓練，集結，招募，與贊助，發生任何軍事行動部署；

國家兵員的力量是禁止暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義作為侵犯國家與國土安全，

與妨礙公民權利的戰術部署！

特別是，凡代表歷史與文化的軍事勢力，或準軍事組織必須拔除！

歷史與文化的軍事企圖應受到懲罰

國家兵員，透過終結歷史，嚇阻或武力反擊暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義；

關於對招募與訓練國家兵員是簽署國家法律執行工作與備戰中！

歷史與文化的兵員理念是沒有根據與不準確的！

舉例來說，中華民國國家內戰，這是非常有名，正如歷史報告證實，

有中華人民共和國與中華民國之間有軍事衝突，因此，沒有國家兵員參與這樣的衝突！

所以，為了避免可能性歷史與文化錯誤，台灣窮小子會建議在提出我的報告，台灣應該充分考慮到中華人民共和國！

其實，國家兵員的原則，堅持政治，經濟與軍事獨立，與國土完整，

或使用嚇阻與需要不使用武力，作為已發展國家關係與合作的全球原則！

在過去幾十年裡，國家兵員的歷史背景下的轉型，必須不再圍困於歷史與文化，它承擔國家與國土安全，必須釋放！

歷史與文化的兵員，通常被使用在極端主義與恐怖主義與侵犯公民自由與權利；

歷史與文化的兵員，壓制民主選舉！

歷史與文化的兵員也被用來挑戰和摧毀，國家與社會包容，

並強加意識形態在國家與社會，自由與獨立環境，特別是，害怕槍桿子！

歷史與文化的兵員早已經違背全球行為，格外是，政治意味是專制國家的需求！

是以關注在國家兵員，這是終結歷史的教訓與經驗流動；

招募與資助並配備現代化的武器，宣揚與包容，國家意識形態，而不是歷史與文化！

最後是，台灣社會必須強化夥伴合作，終結歷史，預防與反擊，暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義，或如:

一，確認暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義的錢來源；

二，強化反擊暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義的夥伴合作，或如美國與日本；

堅實的終結歷史，鼓勵台灣人否認歷史與文化的國家兵員！
