【重返-南中國海的自由水域】

Indeed,it does not want to warry about what China does in the South China Sea.
Put simply,China increased upholds history and culture ; although,specifically the question of man-made islands to remark its,but,the US Navy sending ships are near 12 miles,where emphasizes that they do not believe sovereignty over history and culture.
The U.S. Navy has been in protecting the freedom of navigation,and has been maintaining to Global stability and prosperity for more than decades ; this is not being replaced by China.
So,the United States will continue to do so,and the aircraft carriers into the South China Sea.
The principles of the freedom of navigation is not related to the sovereignty of history and culture.
The United States has already justified the global naval activities,which based on the maritime practice,and accords major land economic zones with their islands.In particular,it also permits free use of crucial straits in the globe,to push the stability and prosperity of the global maritime transportation.
The United States Navy helps protect ,and commoiment from the Straits of Malacca to critical shipping lanes in the South China Sea,that make every countries benefits from the freedom of navigation.
In other words,history and culture are not the National capacities in the South China Sea that will attack the freedom of navigation.
Unsinkable the United States Navy
The best tactical guideline for U.S. future maritime patrols in the future - nothing more and nothing special.
As the US's President Barack Obama’s Asia-Pacific re-balance strategy which has committed to deploy military capability to the Asia-Pacific region,that it is a reasonable and balanced change to keep transparent purpose.
So,China has nothing much to complain about.
We must insist on commitment to the basic concept that the South China Sea is for the freedom of navigation-everyone can use it,rather than history and culture.
Especially,a nine-dash line such this is a wild schemes which are depends on behavior of history and culture ; it is not a effective ownership,and we will not be also unacceptable.
There can be little doubt that the United States must execute its commitment to the basic concept that the freedom of navigation in the South China Sea.
And everyone can use the South China Sea ; the sovereignty of history and culture will not change the freedom of navigation that fact.

端視美國航空母艦一直以來是,日本橫須賀的美國第七艦隊的前瞻部署;
其實,沒必要擔心中國,是否在南中國海做甚麼?
簡單來說,中國僅是增加歷史與文化的堅持,雖然人工島是顯著的問題;
但是,美國海軍派遣船艦接近十二海浬,或是強調不承認歷史與文化的主權!
換句話說,幾十年以來,美國海軍一直是保護航海自由,並維持全球穩定與繁榮;
這不是中國能夠取代的!
所以,美國還是繼續這樣做-航空母艦巡弋南中國海!
航海自由的原則不相關於歷史與文化的主權
美國早已經證明全球海軍活動主要是依據海洋慣例來符合主要的陸地經濟區域,與其島嶼;
特別是允許免費使用全球重要的海峽來驅動全球海運的穩定與繁榮!
美國的海軍有助於保護與保障,自馬六甲海峽到南中國海關鍵航道,讓每個國家受益於航海自由;
換句話說,歷史與文化並不是南中國海的國家能力,這將打擊航海自由!
永不沉沒的美國海軍
在未來,美國的海洋巡邏將是最好的戰術指導原則,僅此而已,沒有什麼特別;
正如美國總統Barack Obama的亞洲重新平衡策略,承諾,部署軍事能力到亞太區域,
這是一個合理與平衡的改變,以維持透明的目的!
所以,中國沒有什麼好不爽的!
我們必須堅持的基本承諾與理念是航海自由在南中國海-每個人能夠使用,而不是歷史與文化!
特別是,九段線這是一個野心,僅是決定在力史與文化的行為;
它不是ㄧ個有效所有權的理念,也是我們不能接受的!
毫無疑問的是,美國必須執行航海自由在南中國海的基本理念與承諾;
每個人能夠使用南中國海;
歷史與文化的主權不能改變航海自由的事實!
