【美國海軍挑戰流氓的歷史與文化】

According with the federal government of the United States officially decided to send destroyer to navigate a cruise in the South China Sea,but destroyer would be unlikely to deter China.

China is using the potentially history and culture to support its expanding territorial claims ; or build the great wall of wall in the South China Sea.

The goaled to the potentially history and culture challenge to Global maritime order,and provide its far-reaching territorial ambitions ; they do not care about military confrontation in the short term,in turn,it supports little probability form destroyer's deterrence.

When US's President Barack Obama ordered destroyer,to navigate a cruise within a 12-nautical-mile boundary , which its so-called freedom of navigation operation,that this war-fighting mission also often include Air Force.

Put simply.we will be able to sail in international waters at a time of our selecting.

In other words,destroyer's patrol is to defending the Global rules-based order ; after all,which in recent years China has held up in the South

China Sea ; so it is important deployment for destroyer's patrol.

Absolutely,and of course,China will not stop its territorial claims in the disputed waters,even moderate sanctity of Chinese self-confident.

Even so, the destroyer's patrol is to show reliable partners in the region - the South China Sea.

This is a partner-consensus,and the destroyer's patrol had to be carried out because China must face a real credibility.

Since 2014, China has spent billions of dollars to build a military base in the South China Sea ; even,will be probably to deploy air-defense missile systems.Even so, Beijing does not intend to militarize the South China Sea,Chinese President Xi Jinping said.

As the destroyer's patrol will sail within 12 nautical miles - the US does not believe waters of the South China Sea,as Chinese territory.Moreover,we prevent there will be fired off the incidents by rogue of history and culture.

Indeed,since the end of World War II, the U.S. Navy has defended the global principle of freedom of navigation - we are alike ; whatever partners and adversaries.

But men-made islands,where they would not qualify as islands under international maritime law,put simply,they are actually rogue's "BIG WORDS".And in addition to complex the issue is the disputed ownership of a so-called nine-dashed line map.

So,the freedom of navigation will be shown simply by the destroyer's patrol - the United States does not recognize the rouge of history and culture.

The question now is how China responds to the United States of Navy challenge.

端視美國聯邦政府，正式決定派出驅逐艦巡航南中國海；

但是，驅逐艦不太可能嚇阻中國！

中國正在利用潛在性歷史與文化，支持其擴張性領土要求，或建立南中國海萬里長城；

潛在性歷史與文化的目的是挑戰全球海洋秩序，並提供影響深遠的領土野心，它們不在乎短期性的軍事對抗；

另言之，驅逐艦提供的嚇阻可能性微乎其微！

當美國總統Barack Obama命令驅逐艦巡航島嶼12海哩；

這是所謂的航海自由行動，這樣的作戰任務，通常也包括空軍！

簡單來說，我們能夠在挑選的時間航行在國際水域！

換句話說，驅逐艦巡航僅是防衛基本的全球海洋規則與秩序；

畢竟，近年來，中國刺激南中國海，是以驅逐艦巡航是重要的部署！

當然，中國不會停止爭議海域的領土主張，甚至，收斂中國自信的尊嚴！

即便如此，驅逐艦巡航是展現可靠的夥伴在該區域南中國海；

這是一個夥伴共識，巡航是不得不進行，因為中國必須面對一個真正的誠信！

打自2014年以來，中國已經花費數十億美元，建立軍事基地在南中國海，甚至，可能部署防空飛彈系統；

即使，中國國家主席習近平說－北京不打算軍事化南中國海！

是以驅逐艦巡航12海哩，美國並不認為南中國海海域是中國領土；

另外是，預防流氓的歷史與文化可能引爆意外事故的危機！

其實，自二戰終結以來，美國海軍防衛全球航海自由的原則，都是一樣，這是不論夥伴與敵人；

旦是，人工島，它沒有資格來依據國際海事法的島嶼；

簡單來說，實際上是，流氓的唬爛；

另外是，還有更複雜的問題是，所謂的九段線的地圖爭議所有權！

所以，驅逐艦巡航僅是簡單地說明航海自由，美國不會承認流氓的歷史與文化；

現在的問題是中國將如何回應對美國海軍的挑戰？
