【美國海軍合理行動在南中國海】

The Freedom of Navigation is the most significant consensus of Global Maritime.

According with the countries have questioned the Freedom of Navigation of the US Navy around the world,in particular,in the South China Sea ; indeed,the US Navy is owning the legality and legitimacy,especially,history in the maritime wisdom.

Need for transparency with China,rather than the Unites States

To be sure, lack of transparency is history and culture of complex South China Sea problem,yet, put history and culture aside that will help to improve transparency of the South China Sea situation.

In other words,the need for bigger transparency with China,rather than the United States.

Specifically, history and culture are whether not understand,nor clear what the Freedom of Navigation in the South China Sea is.

China has never been positive the definition of the nine-dash line,and no country said it is a fact ; only history and culture stand for their ambiguous.

Curiously, for many years,no one did not understand what China's the nine-dash line is.
Only time and time again, China has indisputable sovereignty over the South China Sea and their adjacent waters - this is ridicule of history and culture.

In turn, many of the matters involving the South China Sea situation will be clearer in the future,or remains to provide its basis.

US Navy just challenge rogue of history and culture,rather than sovereignty demands

Indeed,the South China sea is model pf a complex global relations involving geographic disputes.

The reality is that overspreaded and competing maritime claims,and not history and culture.Put simply,we resolve the disputes by peaceful means,rather than military deployment.

U.S/Navy are not prejudicious China

In fact,when faces unreasonable claims,the United States challenges rogue of history and culture,which is reliable partnership.

For decades,not only by China,by Taiwan and Vietnam , Philippines and Malaysia.

Thus, whether the United States will challenge,which determinds on whether China and other rouges keep history and culture claims.

History and culture are deliberate provocations,but U.S. Navy are not.

Until now,history and culture are deliberate provocations,and they are deliberate to provoke disputations ; instead,the U.S. Navy is plened to demonstrate,rather than non-acquiescence that it is a long-standing and well-established principle of maritime.

In particular,we will not be able to take them out of context,or overlook the objective,and negotiating history.

In short, the insinuation of history and culture are legally andreally baseless.

History and culture are most illogical affirmations,which more importantly, they overlook the political reality.

In my opinion,China’s position on maritime issues is unlikely to become as a maritime power ; History and culture are well entrenched,rather than changing National maritime concept and status.

Put simply,China will not recognize the Freedom of Navigation ; history and culture remain the importance of definition in order to protect its interests.

Conclusion

The most troubling point made by history and culture,which is not a trifling matter, but a significant security threat.

We must be followed consistently to impair the freedom of the seas codified, that this is no trifling issue with history and culture - much is at stake.

自由航行是一個至關重要的全球海洋共識！

端視全球各國質疑美國海軍的自由航行，特別是，在南中國海；

事實上，美國海軍是具有合法性與正當性，尤其是歷史與海洋智慧！

中國有必要明確而不是美國

可以肯定的是，複雜的南中國海問題是歷史與文化缺乏透​​明；

然而，丟開歷史與文化將有利於南中國海，更大的透明情勢！

換句話說，中國需要更大的透明，而不是美國；

具體來說，歷史與文化不了解，也不清楚，自由航行在南中國海；

中國從來沒有明確了解九段線的定義，沒有一個國家說它是一個事實；

只有歷史與文化主張含糊不清的評估！

奇怪的是，許多年以來，沒有人了解什麼是中國的九段線？

只是一次又一次，中國有無可爭辯的南中國海與其附近海域的主權；

這就是歷史與文化的笑話！

另言之，許多涉及南中國海情勢，在未來是清楚，或才能提供基礎！

美國海軍僅是挑戰流氓歷史與文化，而不是主權訴求

其實，南中國海是涉及複雜的全球地緣關係爭議模式；

現實情況是，重疊與競爭性的海洋需求，並不是歷史與文化；

簡單來說，以和平方式解決爭議，而不是軍事部署！

美國海軍沒有歧視中國

事實上，美國挑戰流氓歷史與文化，這是可信賴的夥伴關係，當面對主張無理的要求；

幾十年來，不僅是中國，也是台灣與越南，馬來西亞與菲律賓！

因此，美國是否挑戰，舉例來說，南中國海的海洋主張，其決定在中國，與其他流氓是否保持歷史與文化的主張！

歷史與文化是故意挑釁，但美國海軍不是

一直以來，歷史與文化是故意挑釁，有意挑起爭議；

也就是說，它們是徹底地招惹，反之，美國海軍的目的是證明，而不是默認；

這是一個長期的與有效的海洋原則！

特別是，我們不能允許斷章取義，或忽略目標來談判歷史；

曲意奉承的歷史與文化是毫無依據的事實與法律！

歷史與文化是最不合邏輯的說法，更重要的是它忽略政治現實，至少，當它涉及到海洋！

在台灣窮小子看來，中國對海洋問題，不過，這是不可能的成為一個海洋強國；

歷史與文化是根深蒂固，而不是改變國家海洋思維與立場！

簡單來說，中國不會承認航海自由，歷史與文化，才是保護自己的利益的重要定義！

結論

最麻煩的一點，歷史與文化不是微不足道的，而是一個顯著的安全威脅；

我們必須始終遵循一個公海自由行動，這絕不是瑣碎的歷史與文化問題－事關重大！
