The successful Russian's President Putin - he has been making the Russia to stand up,like a wake-up polar bear.

The Russian President Putin who knows far to go,and what he is doing,in particular,he will not get beyond the red line.

So,it is not surprised.
Absolutely,of course,for economics and military,the Russian President Putin is not number one ; but in Crimea,Ukraine,and the Syria,he is number one.

In addition to Xi Jinping,they meet each other,and own this Russian - Chinese friendship.

Indeed,in the West countries,Russia is basically negative,since Putin,he is a a man who they think as worse as Putin.

Putin re-integrated Russia's National Pilitics which means seeking Russia's National core interests ; overlooking dogmas of history and culture.

Therefore, they think him as so stupid.

Putin breaks history and culture,and because of this they have very negative views.

It is your history and culture,and the Russians do not recognize that we are acting according to regular models,he siad.

The priority precept is national sovereignty - we must protect our state – Russia must be protected.

We have already seen history and culture,as decadent ; we do not wish to re-turn back to history and culture.

As Putin can do what he wants and get away with decadent history and culture,so he will not get beyond the red line.

In the end,the Russian's President Putin remained undisputed number one ; at the same time - and successfully,he keeping stability and confidence between the powers.

成功的俄羅斯總統普丁，他讓俄羅斯站起來，就像一隻醒過來的北極熊；

俄羅斯總統普丁，知道能走多遠，自己在做什麼？

特別是，他不會超越紅線，是以不會感覺意外！

當然，從經濟和軍事來說，俄羅斯總統普丁不是第一名；

但是，從克里米亞，烏克蘭到敘利亞來看，他是第一名！

另外是，習近平，他們的會面，並擁有這樣的友善關係－俄羅斯與中國！

其實，在西方國家，俄羅斯基本上是否定的；

因為普丁他是一個男人－他們認為普丁很糟糕！

普丁重整俄羅斯的國家政治，這意味追尋俄羅斯的國家核心利益，忽略歷史與文化的教條；

因此，他們認為他是很糟糕！

普丁打破了歷史與文化，正因為如此，他們有非常否定的看法；

普丁說，這是您們的歷史與文化，俄羅斯不承認，我們是按照正常的模式來作事；

首要理念是國家主權－我們要保護我們的國家，俄羅斯必須受到保護！

我們早已經看到頹廢的歷史與文化，我們不希望重返歷史與文化！

是以，普丁僅是做他想做的，並擺脫頹廢的歷史與文化，所以，他不會超過紅線！

最後是，俄羅斯總統普丁仍然是無可爭議的第一名－成功，同時，維護大國之間的穩定與互信！
