【美國對台灣－十八億美金軍售案】

The US government has approved $1.83bn arms sale since 2011 ; of course,the China remains protesting in an old saying , and harmful to relations with Washington , in particular, calling it interference in China's domestic affairs.

The first in four years,Taiwan will get as well as two refurbished Oliver Hazard Perry-class missile frigates,armored transports,a variety of anti-tank missiles,and other military equipment,so on.

Although,the US does not recognize Taiwan as a separate country, but according with a 1979 Taiwan relations act Washington to provide the Taiwan with sufficient self-defense capabilities and come to prevent in case of a Chinese attack.

Since 1949,there has been had Chinese in Taiwan's care,who fled the mainland after losing a civil war , but Communist , as the PRC , it claimed to represent the legitimate government of the mainland ; so just the Vatican and 21 countries consider Taiwan to be an independent country.

Especially,Chinese claims to disputation of islands in the South China Sea,and the United States has already sent ships and planes to the area.

But this Armed Sale lacks of the offensive defense,for instance,noting it did not include submarine and next-generation fighter development.

2015 U.S. Arms Sales Package to Taiwan Includes:

$416 million for 13 Phalanx ship defense systems
$375 million for 36 AAV-7 Amphibious Assault Vehicles
$268 million for 769 BGM-71 TOW 2B anti-armor missiles
$217 million for 250 shoulder-fired FIM-92 Stinger man portable air defense systems (MANPADS)
$190 million to refurbish two former Oliver Hazard Perry class
$120 million 10 Link 11/Link 16 data links for naval vessels
$120 million support for Multifunctional Information Distribution Systems Low Volume Terminals (MIDS/LVT-1) and Joint Tactical Information Distribution Systems (JTIDS)
$108 million for unspecified minesweepers in a direct commercial sale
$77 million for 201 FGM-148 Javelin shoulder-fired anti-armor missiles

In particular,The two frigates, which were retired from the US Navy and refurbished to Taiwanese specs,and a communications network linking Taiwan to the US Pacific Command.

In the end,it hopes that the Taiwanese side will treasure hard-won results of partnersip with the United States ; and do more to advantageous the improvement and development of ties between the two sides,rather than the Left-stupid of history and culture.

這是自2011年以來，美國政府已經批准十八億美金軍售案；

當然，中共仍是老話重提－抗議；

這將有損害與華盛頓的關係，特別是，干涉中國內政！

首先，在這四年，台灣將獲得兩個翻新Perry-class missile frigates，

裝甲車輛運輸，各類反坦克飛彈，與其他軍事裝備；

雖然，美國不承認台灣是一個獨立的國家；

但依據1979年關係法，華盛頓有義務提供台灣有足夠的自我防衛能力來預防中國的攻擊！

自1949年以來，台灣已經收留，內戰逃離大陸的中國人；

但是，中共仍宣稱代表中國的合法政府；

只有梵蒂岡與二十一個國家認為台灣是一個獨立的國家！

尤其是，中國有許多島嶼爭議在南中國海；

美國早已經派出船艦與飛機前往該區域！

但是，這次軍售案缺乏攻擊防衛，舉例來說，潛艦與新世代戰機發展；

2015年美國軍售台灣包括：

特別是，兩艘護衛艦，這是自美國海軍退役和翻新成台灣的規格，並連接台灣到美國太平洋艦隊司令部；

最後是，希望台灣方面珍惜得之不易與美國夥伴關係；

多做有利於雙方之間關係的改善與發展，而不是左蠢歷史與文化！
