New navigation of freedom for East Asia.

New navigation of freedom is not new - or re-finding partner maritime capabilities.

For instance,U.S. maritime security assistance is to help the East Asia countries where building the maritime surveillance capabilities,

that we are working together to face as Chinese boldness.

Put simply,countries partners are working with each other ;

to intensify their ability to react , and share maritime activity in the China ;

so that the countries are standing om the same line - establishing a common Tactical deployment.

In other words,it will be able to can increase the ability of partners to understanding,share and contribute in the ocean.

New navigation of freedom is to build a maritime network where countries will be able to join,in particular,maritime security.

That is powerful confidence and commitment.

There is no doubt that it will help other countries to deter China since capacity is an issue still.

According with the U.S. re-balance , the significance of navigation of freedom is clear,

and will maintain U.S. interests as well as those of regional states.

新自由航行權在東亞

新自由航行權不是新的;

或是重新找回夥伴的海洋能力!

舉例來說,美國的海洋安全援助幫助東亞國家建立海洋監視能力,共同地面對中國厚臉皮!

簡單來說,國家夥伴合作來強化反應能力,並分享相關中國海洋活動;

最後所有的國家是站在一起,建立一個通用的戰術部署!

換句話說,能夠增加夥伴的海洋能力,在分享,貢獻與理解;

新自由航行是建立一個海洋網絡;

每一個國家將能夠加入,特別是海洋安全!

這是一個強有力的互信與承諾!

毫無疑問,這將是幫助其他國家,與預防中國,因為能力是一個問題;

端視美國的重新平衡;

自由航行的意義已經很清楚;

能夠同時維護美國與這區域的利益!
