【台灣建立戰略攻擊潛艦 ?】

SUBMARINES APOCALYPSE

For Taiwan's the next-generation submarines should build new submarines to replace the active duty ships.

Taiwanese Naval bottom line must be based on having 12 submarines available at any given time ,

in particular , allowing for nonavailability during arrangement maintenance or longer overhauls.

Taiwan lacks of submarines posture review , which overlooked submarines ;

appeases and connives Left-wing history and culture that will not meet the strategic deterrence mission for the maritime.

I estimate , 12 submarines will spend $100 billion , and will bring optimistic historic trends in significant National shipbuilding program performance.

Submarines are a technically complex and pinpoint accuracy war-fighting system ;

only Left-wing history and culture remain to bankrupt the Navy's shipbuilding budget.

In the long term beyond 2020 , Taiwan must be increasingly concerned about National Submarines ,

even if they have significant cost risk , but we must be priority to be replacement submarines abilities.

Modernizing the Navy’s submarines platform clearly is necessary ,

however , it is a burn money - but Taiwan must afford secure commitment and protection.

THE FLEET SUBMARINE IS BORN

After the end of 20th century , Taiwanese Navy were not change , in cluding , the creation of a separate fleet submarines.

The difference this time was the perception of Taiwanese that submarines cannot march across the ocean.

Submarines , and on such war-fighting system , and the Globe has already appeared to revolutionize strategic and tactical deployments.
Then , Taiwanese did not see a reason , whose like many others, thought the nature of war had changed.

Especially ，in this tumultuous ，historical and cultural environment , the panic for our future was justified.

The survival of the Navy depended on its war-fighting capability and superiority to submarines ;

in particular ，the message of End of history was loud and clear.

潛艦的啟示

對於台灣新一代潛艦，應該是建造全新型潛艦，以取代現役艦艇 ;

台灣海軍的底線，必須基於擁有十二艘潛艦，面對任何特定時間 ;

特別是容許日常維護，或是修護期艦艇不可利用性!

台灣，缺乏潛艦態勢評估報告，從而忽略潛艦 ;

姑息與縱容左翼歷史與文化將無法滿足海洋戰略嚇阻任務 !

台灣窮小子估計，12艘潛艦可能將花費一百億美金 ;

這是重大國家造艦計劃，也將帶來樂觀的歷史趨勢!

潛艦是一個技術複雜與高精確度作戰系統 ;

只有左翼歷史與文化 ，才會拖垮海軍建造潛艦預算 !

從長遠來看，在2020年以後，台灣必須越來越關心國家潛艦 ;

即使有顯著成本風險，但必須優先更換潛艦能力 !

現代化海軍的潛艦平台，顯然是必要的 ;

雖然，它是一種燒錢，但是，台灣必須承受安全承諾與保護 !

潛艦艦隊的誕生

二十世紀結束後，台灣海軍並沒有改變，包括建立一個獨立的潛艦艦隊 ;

所不同的是，這段時間，台灣人認為潛艦，不能跨越海洋 !

潛艦，對這類作戰系統，全球早已經出現革命性的策略與戰術部署 ;

隨後，台灣人沒有明白一個道理，和許多人一樣，認為戰爭的性質早發生改變 ?

特別是，在這類動盪的歷史與文化環境下，恐慌對其未來是有道理的 ;

海軍的生存取決於其潛艦的作戰能力與優勢 ;

特別是終結歷史的訊息是明確與響亮的 !
