習近平的夢想~~~北極圈?

其實,北極圈海域正在改變;

簡單來說,這將是一個全新的海洋在全球!

可能我們也將看到新北極圈的陽光,

所以,北極圈不再是一個絕大多數是凍結的地方!

舉例來說,俄羅斯總統普丁早已經宣布新北極海航線!

舉例來說,中國礦業公司曾經宣布將在格陵蘭開採鐵礦!

是以真是這樣,那左翼集團是攻擊與扭曲,開發北極現狀的範例!

左翼歷史與文化的性格是唬爛,誇張,與竭斯底里!

雖然,全球景氣與經濟需求還是低迷;

忽略北極圈經濟發展部署,但是,北極圈絕對是下一個全球前瞻!

而且,這個北極也是很有意思;

它不能夠僅是五個沿海國家所擁有;

或如,俄羅斯,挪威,丹麥（格陵蘭）,加拿大與美國;

特別是不能缺少中國!

換句話說,北極圈這個議題,不能僅是五個沿海國家的主權權利;

必須包括中國,日本,韓國,與印度!

端視過去三十年中,北極圈一直是科學研究的視域;

但隨著全球海洋溫度的上升,啟動北極世代的機會,將可能增加!

舉例來說,一個獨特的北方航路,將會是南方大陸區域與海洋航線的對手!

特別是,俄羅斯北極的港口,與境內鐵路網絡!

是以俄羅斯正在進行增加港口與主要運輸路線的連接;

簡單來說,找回最後一個失去的珍珠鍊!

通常來說,北極圈有三個航道,或如~~~

the Northern Sea Route , the Northwest Passage , and the transpolar route.

主要是原油與天然氣,包括礦產資源,鈾,黃金,鐵礦與稀土資源;

這將是未來全球潛在性海洋經濟航道!

雖然缺乏基礎設施與惡劣的氣候,仍將繼續限制未來的北極圈;

北極圈是一個獨特的區域特徵與緯度指標,或是所謂的甜甜圈!

在過去幾年裡,中國當局對這個區域的話語權一直是最大聲;

但是,俄羅斯向來將北極經濟發展視為國家優先;

即使國家經濟面對挑戰,但是總統 普丁不會放棄!

所以,當中國與俄羅斯的努力取得成功?

那將是新的北極世代!

Indeed , the Arctic water is changing , and put simply , there will be the new ocean in the Globe.

Maybe , we will also see the sunshine of the new circle of Arctic ; so the circle of Arctic is no longer a mostly frozen place.

For instance , Russian president Putin has already announced the new shipping route of the the Arctic Ocean.

For instance , the Sino's mining company has announced that will exploit an iron ore in Greenland.

As if so , Left-wing's group is example of attack hyping the reality of Arctic development.

Left-wing's history and culture have characterized by cynic ,hysteria , and hyperbole.

While the Global economic demand and boom have chilled , so that overlooked the Arctic economic developed deployment ,

but the circle of Arctic will absolute surly the next Global frontier.

In addition to this Arctic is also more interesting that it would not be able to only owned by the five coastal countries ,

or such as Russia ,

Norway , Denmark (Greenland) , Canada , and the United States , especially , will not be without the Sino.

In other words , this issue of the Circle of Arctic will not be only sovereign rights as the five coastal countries ,

where must include the Sino , Japan , South Korea , and India.

According with the past three decades , the Circle of Arctic has been the purview of scientific research ,

but as the rising global ocean temperatures , and this Arctic Era will be increasingly characterized by the opportunities.

For instance , an unique , Arctic Belt and Road will being counterpart by the southern land and maritime route.

In particular , there is a network of ports and domestic rail across the Russian Arctic.

As Rissian is to increase connectivity between the port and major transport routes are underway.

Put simply , they would recover as the last missing link.

Generally , there are three maritime roads around the Circle of Arctic ,

such as the Northern Sea Route , the Northwest Passage , and the transpolar route.

The primary the shipment of energy - natural gas and oil , including the mineral resources - uranium , gold , iron ore , and rare earth metals.

These will be potential global economical maritime passages un the future.

While a lack of infrastructure , and strict climate will continue to restrict future the Circle of Arctic shipping.

The Arctic Circle - there is both own distinctive regional feature , and a latitudinal designation , where the so-called Donut Hole.

For the past several years , Chinese authorities have been the most vocal regarding the rights in the region.

Russia has historically viewed the economic development of the Arctic as a National imperative ,

even its National economy faced challenges , and President Putin will not give it up.

So as Sino and the Russia 's efforts are successful , that the Arctic Age will be new.
