Our the best partner，Abe San

Shinzo Abe，he was a distinguished leader of Japan，a lofty global statesman，and a great champion of Japan-Taiwan Longer-Vesting friendship.
Unfortunately，he was not among us anymore. 
Japan has lost a great leader，and so have we.
And，we have lost a dear friend and pal.
From memory，we first met each other during 1990s'.
Right from that first meeting，I loved his outspoken and straightforward，
went beyond the trappings and protocol.
So，I will always cherish the singular honour of owning been.
Abe San，he had a deep insight into the complex and multiple transitions in the world，and the vision to be ahead of his time to see that the wisdom to know the choices that were to be made.
For instance，such as，Abenomics - restarted the Japanese economy，and revived the Japaneses' tradition of innovation of his people - YAMATO.
And，he led from the front in building a framework，and establish for its stable and secure，and prosperous future，besides，based on traditional values that he deeply cherished.
For that，make us feel the region is more optimistic about its destiny，and the world more trust and confident about its future.
I will always be remembered for his wisdom，generosity，and friendship，and I will miss him dearly.
In fact，he passed away doing what he loved the most，encouraging Japanese people，so that his legacy will endure forever.
Especially to Mrs. Akie Abe and his family.
