CHINA IS STRENGTHENING WAR-FIGHTING CAPABILITY IN HISTORY AND CULTURE.
Since opening-reformed,China has changed its matitime defense,in particular,march on Blue Water ; and recently,combination of strategy to protect Homeland defense.
At the same time, it has been expanding its defense area,including the East China Sea and South China Sea, and even march to the Western Pacific and Indian Ocean.
From now on, it begins to strengthen its rights of maritime withinf airspace,and the aim of establishing superiority,
in particular,China is constructing a new Air Carrier Battle Group and Submarines to upgrade war-fighting capability in open seas.
To China's National core interests,China will probably to deploy nuclear-powered submarines and new missile systems as well as intensifying its intelligence,reconnaissance,and surveillance war-fighting capabilities in the Western Pacific ; and to protect Chinese maritime lifeline.
This report is just analyzing Chinese strategy ; the Taiwan and also facilitate dialogue with China,regarding the maintenance of stability and security in Taiwan Strait.
CHINA'S STRATEGY IN CHANGING
To keep mighty of history and culture,China's strategy:
1，To wipe out the "kuomintang"
2，To kick out of the United States and the Japan,and ensure Chinese maritime lifeline.
3，To ultimate reunification with China
The point is a defensive history and culture,rather than this is not change in the future.

中國強化歷史與文化作戰能力
自改革開放以來，中國已經改變海洋防衛；
特別是邁向藍水，最近，策略聯合來保護國土防衛；
同時，擴大其防衛範圍，包括東中國海和南中國海；
甚至邁向西太平洋與印度洋！
從現在開始，強化海洋權益與空域並建立優勢；
特別是中國建立一個新的航空母艦戰鬥群，潛艦，升級海洋作戰能力；
為了中國的國家核心利益；
中國可能會部署核能潛艦與新飛彈系統來強化其情報，偵察與監視作戰能力在西太平洋；
並保護中國的海洋生命線！
本報告僅是分析中國的策略，與有利於台灣與中國之間對話；以維護穩定與安全在台灣海峽！
改變中的中國策略
為了維護偉大的歷史與文化，中國策略是：
一，消滅中國國民黨；
二，趕走美國與日本，以確保中國的海洋生命線；
三，最終的中國統一；
重點是，這是歷史與文化的防衛性，而不是發生改變在未來！
