Today,the execute capability faces mainly challenges.

It should be lack of confidence in people and community.

The consequence brings about this misunderstand that ability to carry out its mission,or not?

However,it cannot denied that policy reform and capabilities depends on the identify local government with federal government .

It is truely reform and necessary to do so.

Moreover,it should not create more problems,in particular,in the national security category .

The execute capability goal should be a leader improves and supports operations of city development , including national security.

The execute capability is able to provide analysis from all sources and useful pattern .

So,the execute capability is also a essential integrative operate.

There should have opportunities for reducing between offices wastes.

The trying to devote less effort and introducing efficiencies,even,pour over-tasking.

As image that this should not be a strategy expensive.

In addition,it can collect and assess for a wide order of tasks,at the same time,it also can enhances the effectiveness of diplomate.

Perhaps that this cannot guarantee good policy ,but, frequently contributes to policy reform.

Because it desires a significant capability.
