簡單來說,保證和保護,一個安全的未來能源,有些事是要改變;
未來能源政策來保證國家能源減少仰賴化石燃料,從而運用乾淨能源來提高能源效率,包括,替代能源;

These are still available and embracing a diverse energy portfolio to guarantee that nation and people have more secire and able to operate available energy for the future.
To establishing a 21st century clean energy economy that depends on the improvement of science and technology and reduce dependence on oil,so,it is still keeping the nuclear power,clean coal,natural gas,including,solar and wond

平心而論,如果要建構一個未來的能源安全,這是應該要以保護來改變;
因為,它也不是歷史論述或笑話,包括,哲學,等等,而是全面性國家技術再提升;
也可以說是一類獨立行動和考量,台灣每天進口石油多少?
所以,必須在此前提下,提出國家能源戰略發展計畫來保證,減少仰賴石油的運用和提升乾淨的替代能源和能源效率;
原油上漲是重大的影響不論是哪一類人所以能源選擇不僅是替代能源也包括核能因為石油價格在未來仍將繼續上升
這才是擁有多元化能源組合來保證讓國家和民眾有更安全和未來能夠運用的可利用的能源;
建構一個二十一世紀的乾淨能源經濟,仰賴科學和技術的改良和減少對石油的依賴;所以,還是要維持,核能,乾淨媒,天然氣,也包括,太陽能和風力整合,才是時代尖端的能源技術;
努力才能贏得未來;
未來能源安全的藍圖應該是說明全面性的國家能源政策來保證未來的能源仰賴,簡單來說:
以科學和技術改良來部署和擬定國家的能源供應,同時,展開安全和負責任的生產和開發;
所謂未來能源的發展是一條改良道路來加強國家經濟來贏得未來,這是一類以資助科學來生產未來的技術,同時,導引進入市場;

民進黨總統提名人蔡英文將「二○二五非核家園計畫」正式納入十年政綱，確立「核四廠不商轉，核一、二、三廠不延役」。原子能委員會副主委謝得志昨日在卸任前直言，台灣要減碳、又要發展經濟，想在二○二五年改變國人浪費能源的生活習慣，調整產業結構，完全廢止核能有困難。

謝得志因三月間在立法院答詢時，拍桌回嗆立委李慶華，在五月請辭、八月獲准，原能會昨日中午舉辦惜別餐會歡送。儘管外界不少人將謝得志的請辭與所謂「反核四」劃上等號，但前天他接受本報訪問時卻說，與原能會主委蔡春鴻理念不一才是去職的主因。

謝得志表示，二○二五年很快就到，在這麼短的時間內要改變國人生活習慣、節約能源，調整能源結構，很困難。「我個人願意把核能放在國家能源選擇的最後選項，但以台灣的天然資源，要發展再生能源完全取代核能，必須做很大努力。」

謝得志指出，在完全廢除核能之前，更要全力以赴、提高能源使用效率，但以國內電價這麼便宜，很難誘導產業界更換使用節能設備，提高電價是要必的策略。其次是，調整產業結構，逐漸淘汰高耗能產業，但要非常小心，產業若轉型失敗，很可能造成失業問題。

謝得志強調，如果大家都可以節省能源，說不定有一天真可以做到非核家園，但不是二○二五年。就現階段而言，核能是台灣國家能源必要的選項，「我們發展核能，沒有道理不能讓民眾安心！」核安管制誠信很重要，有誠信 、才能讓民眾安心。

面對媒體質問，原能會過去三年是否堅守誠信，謝得志說，「我個人有盡力做到，但原能會有些問題要問主委。」原能會主委蔡春鴻則以「他所講的個人盡力在做，就是我們團隊盡力在做。」巧妙迴避跟主委理念不同，掛冠求去的尷尬問題。

清華大學核子工程系同窗、原能會核能管制處長陳宜彬代表同仁致詞表示，三年前從國科會駐華盛頓科學組副組長返台接任副主委，謝得志確實做到勇於任事，唯一做錯的是，「陪我跳下核四的苦海，我跟他是核能界唯二老兵，過兩年就會屆齡退休，這是我們最後一仗，希望核四可以順利完成。」
