So,National Naval Force must be reconside,in particular,blue sea force strategic goal to fight high speed,high-quantity of the threat,especially,regional threat.
This is change.As use of Technology and Brainstorming to be adjusted and providing under the Joint Operation of more the flexible and reliable needs,in particular,face the ocean challenge.
National Naval Force Framework can be improved by growing interoperability and cross-training opportunities,especially,and by increasing the Joint Operation of ground capability training.
It cannot denied that key of conditions which cannot avoid,as training, obtainment and modernization requirements as well as support National Naval Force shift and contingency.

So-called the maritime nation needs lifeline at a sea,in particular,economic and fishing ocean areas and access to worldwide routes,however,lifeline is necessarily dependent on National Naval Force,which is not related to history and environment unless U.S. Naval eyes drives insane.
Lifeline at a sea of international trade is the R.O.C.(Taiwan) of greatest strategic weakness,especially,Taiwan's energy still came from Middle Eastern;Since long-term,tankers must pass through the Indian Ocean,he Strait of Malacca,and the South China Sea.It may easily to meet hostilities in Southeast Asia.
It must effort to do so,and face the strategic weakness that defend ours national lifeline at a sea,especially,the range of 3000 miles.Of course,it will not condemn DPP and China,after all,will be National common responsibility to peomise and protect the well-being of people life.
National Naval Defense Force is active participation of the strongest support power,in particular,this is allowed that constitutional to defending mother country where its was under direct attack. Meanwhile,it also provides information sharing,assistance,surveillance,rescue and search,and than,as security partnership support to United States.
So,simply speaking,these are two of strategic objectives,as:Defending Taiwan.
1,Promising and Protecting Taiwan's lifeline at a sea and homeland security.
Because of Taiwan,which all of raw material and energy have almost depended on foreign countries supply,in particular,Taiwan is not productive oil,so,it may influence people life,if lifeline at a sea will be controlled.
This significant in case will influence Global economic,including,China.
Therefore,National naval selfdefense force must promise and protect lifeline at a sea,especially,attacks the submarines which joint with surface ships and air force by effectively combining each operation.For example,such as:escort,surveillance and defense of ports and Taiwan strait.
So,for this purpose,which aims at homeland security to prevent direct aggression national territory.
It is not related to a word of 美而美,no wonder the DPP feels out of sort,and it is not to understood with U.S.
National naval capability is according to different mission to executing defense objectives.
In according with China Nanal capability is lack of aircraft carriers and the inadequate number of shipborne;Taiwan's naval capability is also lack of attacks the submarines and rocket systems.
These weaknesses may influence National Naval capability to executing missions,in particular,indepent operation.

To sum up,to working together are necessary in order to maximize level power effectiveness to optimizing National Naval force.
