所謂社會住宅的政策擬定,最早緣歸李前總統所倡:六百萬平價國民住宅;而且也不增稅來因應?
但是,年代久遠,可能需要李前總統的說明;
所以,端視蔡英文主席的政策訴求,應該也能夠:
在不增稅下重新審視社會住宅政策?
雖然,仍必須參考當時的台灣長期的經濟環境,特別是,當前的經濟環境;
畢竟,社會住宅在長期的國家財政考量是很難維持;
格外是,必須考量國家財政和稅收選項;
因為在不同選項之間,要取得平衡,以便保持國家財政持續性和促進國家經濟成長;
如果,中央政府儘是努力刺激經濟活動,可能導致國家預算赤字上升;
其特點將可能顯示是高失業率和降低經濟成長;
如果不是,讓社會住宅政策如願,可能有所改善國家財政狀況,不過,也可能破壞國家經濟成長;
在另個層面,所有的福利政策不會降低國家經濟成長,但可能會影響長期的國家財政前景和成長,特別是,處理長期性的國家財政狀況;
換句話說,如何分配?

reduce national economy growth,but,in long-term,it may influence national finance outlook and growth,in particular,in dealing with the long-term of national finance conditions.In other words,how to distribute?
