或如:國家和平協議;

因為,其管理未來的國土安全政策;

依據長期以來的研讀經驗顯示:總統的新模式國土安全命令.能夠取代以前的命令;

除非是優柔寡斷?

那過去的國土安全命令,應該有效?換句話說,取代;特別是,總統命令是被正式批准發布;

理由開始:

國家元首簽署的和平協議是二十一世紀的國家防衛部署;

我們的國家真正的威脅是極端歷史暴力主義,因為,真的說很久,也太多;

這是很重要的戰略理解;

所以面對未來的狀況和了解我們的國家真正的威脅

話說,總統的國家憲法所給于的行為,應該,是如:

或如國家和平協議是一個重要的國家優先事項的防衛部署,特別是,錢的投入;

不可否認,這是國家取得的重要進程來保護國家和民眾;

是以它是一類的努力,同時,追尋,更好的新模式來確保國家免於威脅;

新模式的國家和平協議是面對二十一世紀的國家防衛部署,甚至,提供一個全面框架為國家建立一個新的防衛部署,特別是,總統命令;

According with any of national president of the global countries,who directives that are used to promulgate decisions on national security.In generally,it is designated national security presidential directives.As followed:National peace-agreement.

President can  issued new pattern of homeland security directives,in which,is allowed by National Constitution.Because it is governing homeland security policy for the future.
In accordance with studied experience,in long-term,has shown that president's new pattern of homeland security directives can replace past of directives.
Unless,president would be pusillanimity,so,past of homeland security directives should remain?In other words, they are displaced.In particular,directives will formally approved for release by national president.

Reason is beginning:

National president signs peaceful agreement for national defense deployment of the 21st century.
Violence historical-extremism is a real threat to our nation.Because they have spoken them for a long time,and talked too much.
It is the important of strategic understanding that meet future emergencies and understand real threat to our nation.
As said that the presidental action would be allowed to give by National Constitution.So,it should be as followed:
As national peaceful-agreement would be nation's defenses-deployment for critical national priority,in particular,invest in money.It cannot denied that its significant progress that has been made to protect nation and people,so as their efforts,in a while,we are working together to seek best ways of new pattern to ensure nation to avoid threats.
New pattern of national peaceful-agreement is national defense deployment for the next decades of 21st century,even,provides a comprehensive framework for nation,that establish a new defense deployment.In particular,Presidental directive.
So,what the definition of Presidental directive is?No wonder how many of people feels out of sort,otherwise,it just bully into DPP and Ms.蔡英文,is not it?
National defense deployment for the 21st century has established on past three decades accomplishments.Especially,national responsibilities and locations.Obviously speaking,These are joint operation proposal for nation and people.In particular,national security,diplomatic,agricultural,medical,public health,and intelligent operation,so on.Moving forward to build into a sustained and focused of peaceful-agreement to attack threats.Simply put.it is national effort.
So,to meet national defense deployment for many decades in the future that should include national peaceful-agreement.It cannot denied that it can provide specific directives,and than,intensify national status.Particularly,next decade.
Day-to-day national security for all of people,not only for threats by violence historical-extremism,and so on.
