As global geopolitics and economic environment have changed,although,our National warfare system have supposed stabilization of National politics and economies.From 1945 beginning,age-old of history and culture  has been a defining character of of our constitutional order.But,they ignored National responsibility and commitment for the future.In particular,National warfare functions such as Ending of history.Today’s pressures,in addition to traditional society-conditions,increasing National costs,and challenging National fiscal prospect - it is extending warfare line government warfare to face every level of deployments.Stupid of history and culture have consolidate the National problem.Their confrontation has led to inaction in our Nation-Taiwan that will fill the strategic deployment blank in the National and City development and desire for the future.The tactical recommendation of the Ending of history-ISM will make all Taiwanese admirably,because polarized confrontation will also lead the age-old of ideological positions.The age-old of ideological positions are weakening ties between the National government warfare capabilities,and superiority,in particular,with the rest of the Taiwanese,or,just favorites.The objective of this tactical recommendation is to re-integrate the operational framework of the inter-governmental warfare system,and to propose Ending of hisotry that will deny stupid of history and culture worst ills.
