In particular,Russian President Vladimir Putin might get the Russia's congressional approval to operate its military to protect Russia's national interests in the Ukraine.In particular,the area of Crimea - Black Sea Fleet.
In spite of President Barack Obama's warning that there will wake memories up,if Russia intervenes militarily,so,Putin may be raised the stakes in the conflict of the future over Ukraine.

Russia is to respect the independence and territory of Ukraine,and it is no doubtful,but,stupid of history and culture is trying to take advantage of violence to gain its political and economic superiority.
It cannot denied that military intervention cannot be decided by the Ukrainian peoples' deeper option,or just a deterrence.
The historical recollection of the land who tie together with the Ukrainian peoples that it is not any visible stupid of history and culture,who can destroy and separate it.

端視烏克蘭代理總統Oleksandr Turchynov,在面對緊張時刻,宣布,烏克蘭的軍事力量是潛在性威脅;

俄羅斯堅持終結歷史以保護講俄語的民眾與生活權利,最後,才考慮國家安全與利益

俄羅斯尊重烏克蘭的獨立和領土是無庸置疑;

但是,糟糕的歷史與文化,試圖採取暴力以取得政治與經濟動盪的優勢;
