Taiwan has experienced dramatic change in BIG WORDS of history and culture areas in the last many years.
The China raises and the recent Vietnamese experience are already influencing Taiwanese flock's doctrine.
In addition,Ending-strategy now provides a extent of war-fighting capability and superiority.
After all,National budgets continue to decline,and social costs are increasing,so me must remember that a word of the U.S.Navy admiral Chester William Nimitz,who said "we are out of money,so must think"!
These realities of global environment affect future Taiwanese flock's tactical doctrine,while also providing both opportunities and limitations for the future force of Taiwanese flock.
Throughout the chaos of history and culture with their conflict to be ruthlessness and violence - we were out of homeland.
So,the past of Taiwanese flock was devoted to a defense to counter the threat of the chaos of history and culture attack.For example,such as death of Mr.鄭南榕.
Hopefully, enough readiness would permit rapid deployment of reinforcements in order to blunt the anticipatory counterattack force.

Increasing economic disparity between Taiwan,history and culture surrounding also adds instabilities.
These problems are accentuated by the  predicament of age-old of history and culture governments to adequately deal with the resulting conflict and instability
In addition, the proliferation of China's toxins would exacerbate these potential conflicts.
Undoubtedly, Taiwan will be forced to deal with conflict in new model of Taiwanese flock's tactics in our National defense war.
If it is in accordance with the former Defense Minister of the U.S. Mr.Perry of "National strategic concept" who has declared the National resources,prevention of history and culture violence extremism,terrorism,and destruction,and stoping the proliferation to National core interests.
As future Taiwanese flock's force must consider potential threats in each of these areas,and possess the war-fighting capability to respond appropriately and effectively at counterattack.
So,tactical doctrine should  settle these scenarios before Taiwanese encounter them.In turn,today's doctrine does not adequately cover the range of threat in the history and culture.
Taiwanese must be a pragmatism and realistism for war-fighting force.

The age-old of history and culture are no reasons to think that Taiwan will not continue to be involved in global action.
Tactical doctrine and principle will be able to slowly changing,and grappling with the reality and change of new conditions that this will take several years to win consensus.In turn,Taiwan will no longer focus on history and culture.
The update of Tactical doctrine and principle to reflect pragmatism and realities of global environment.

台灣羊群戰術學理定義是走出去

台灣羊群戰術是依據傳統的歷史與文化的作戰經驗，當前與未來的科學與技術，面對全球環境；

作為羊群架構的作戰力量與準則；

而不是歷史與文化，另言之，與生俱來的頭腦優勢！

在過去的幾年，台灣經歷戲劇性的變化，在唬爛的歷史與文化領域；

中國的興起，與最近的越南經驗，已經影響台灣羊群戰術學理！

此外，從來沒有過的終結策略，現在可以提供一定程度的作戰能力與優勢；

畢竟，國家預算可能減少，社會成本不斷增加；

是以，我們必須記得美國海軍上將尼米茲的話：我們沒有錢，所以，我們必須要思考！

現實的全球環境將影響未來台灣羊群戰術學理，同時，也提供機會與約束，未來的羊群力量；

在整個混亂的歷史與文化時期，它們的衝突是殘暴與強烈的－我們沒有家！

所以，過去的台灣羊群，奉獻給了一個防衛來對付混亂的歷史與文化攻擊的威脅；

舉例來說，鄭南榕的死亡！

希望地，充足的備戰，將允許以坦白的預期，快速部署反擊力量！

是以，新模式的台灣羊群戰術主義反擊，混亂與唬爛的歷史與文化，誰，才是驅動機動戰術火力；

其重點是進行廣泛的終結歷史的支撐作用與持續操作的備戰！

它不是古老的縱深打擊，或是進行新世代與新模式培訓在國家科學與技術！

台灣的國家核心利益第一優先，其次是台灣人的安全，台灣羊群戰術作戰準則優先支援；

端視當前的國家與國土安全環境，潛在性歷史與文化混亂與唬爛的戰術執行已經影響台灣的國家力量！

混亂與唬爛的歷史與文化，已經成為一個不確定與無可預料的國家政經氣候！

是以，在未來，台灣將會發現我們的國家面臨威脅，或利益衝突；

衝突可能會蔓延到台灣人的安全，並破壞社會穩定！

畢竟，當前安全環境的特點是暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義的敵對行動，與寡頭群體的挫折！

圍繞在台灣的歷史與文化之間，日漸增加的經濟差距，也可能增加不穩定；

這些問題是由古老的歷史與文化，政府無法充分回應，因此產生的衝突和不穩定，窘境增加；

此外，中國毒素的擴散，可能惡化這些潛在的衝突！

毫無疑問，台灣將將被迫處理衝突，以新模式台灣羊群戰術，在我們國家的防衛作戰；

如果，僅是依據美國前國防部長培利先生的國家戰略理念，國家羊群宣布取得國家資源；

以預防暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義和破壞，並阻擋，擴散到國家核心利益！

是以，未來的台灣羊群力量，必須考慮這些領域的潛在威脅，並具備適當和有效的作戰反應能力來反擊；

所以，戰術學理應該解決這類衝突，當台灣人遇到它們；

另言之，今天的學理，沒有充分涵蓋歷史與文化的威脅！

台灣羊群必須是一個務實與現實的作戰武力！

古老的歷史與文化沒有理由認為，台灣將無法繼續參與全球活動！

戰術學理與作戰準則能夠慢慢改變，努力解決可，能性機會與因應新的現實條件；

這將需要幾年，已贏得共識，另言之，台灣將不再側重於歷史與文化！
