美國領導的攻擊目標鎖定；

在敘利亞和伊拉克的ISIS

U.S. ATTACKING DEPLOYMENT

The most important condition of a new attacking deployment is to bottle up the military and diplomatic models,in turn,the U.S. is to deal with Iraq and Syria,and defeat ISIS as well.
That is important because ISIS is not the problem in the Middle East World ; put sumply,the low level of National civil war has destroyed the order in the Iraq and Syria.
After all,ISIS will bring many threats and challenges to the U.S. ; in particular,ideological insurgent threat,especially,what threat of hostage killing.At the same time,they will revenge to strike the Persian Gulf.
So,the U.S.need to deploy smarter counterattack our adversary with our partners ; the U.S. has that responsibility.
Deployment is the United States into re-involvement in the Middle East,especially,to stop ISIS owning issues of territory and statehood.
Because for ISIS,that at times we overstate them,even conventional al-Qaida.Of course,it will be the Taliban - it aspires to govern country.So,the U.S. should not ignore them,with our partners.
Destroying ISIS and its rough action will need to be booted on the ground force,that we face change in Iraq and Syria,in particular,Navy and Air force.
Indeed,Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel and Gen. Martin Dempsey were saying exactly right : That hole is Syria.
So,attack goal is not only ISIS,also,must focus on the threat of the Syria's regime.
Thats why Gen Dempsey's comments were so secure.He said the U.S. is going to be training 5,000 fighters to fight ISIS and counterattack the threat of the Syria's regime since historical experiences and lessons have shown that what the primary adversary is.
Finally,Attacked deployment is to counterattack ISIS that we must be gearing up for regional stability amnd security,in particular,Syria and Iraq ; Unless,they end the civil wars there,and external force stabilizes.Not so,we will never be rid of ISIS or the other threats,even harm the U.S. interests with our partners.

美國攻擊部署

一個新的攻擊部署，最重要的因素是封鎖軍事和外交模式；
另言之，美國為了解決伊拉克和敘利亞與擊敗ISIS；
這是至關重要的；
因為ISIS不是中東世界的問題；
簡單來說。低階的國家內戰。破壞伊拉克和敘利亞秩序！
畢竟，ISIS將會帶來許多威脅與挑戰在美國，特別是，意識形態的叛亂威脅；
格外是，什麼是殺害人質的威脅，同時，可能報復，攻擊波斯灣；
所以，美國與夥伴需要聰明的部署，反擊我們的敵人；
美國有這個責任！
部署是美國重新參與中東，特別是，阻止ISIS擁有領土與建國議題；
因為，有時候，對於ISIS是高估，甚至，傳統的基地組織；
當然，有可能是塔利班－它嚮往治理國家；
所以，美國與夥伴不應該忽視！
摧毀ISIS和它的野蠻行為將需要驅動地面武力，以面對伊拉克和敘利亞的變化；
特別是海空軍！
其實，美國國防部長Hagel與鄧普西將軍說得中肯:有個洞是在敘利亞！
所以，攻擊目標不僅是ISIS，也必須集中在敘利亞政權威脅；
這就是為什麼登普西將軍的言論讓人覺得安全：美國培訓5000戰士打ISIS與反擊敘利亞政權威脅；
歷史經驗與教訓認為：什麼是主要敵人?
最後是，攻擊部署反擊ISIS，我們必須加速為區域穩定與安全；
特別是，敘利亞與伊拉克；
除非他們結束內戰與外力穩定；
不然，我們不會擺脫ISIS或其他威脅，甚至，傷害美國與夥伴利益！
