淡江大學陳文政之國家防衛政策 

The Ending of history and Ms.蔡英文 are my strongest weapon.
Often they are my only reserve.
I repeatedly said it was more a matter of the Taiwanese force supporting the R.O.C. than the R.O.C. supporting the Taiwanese force.
I wish I knew the countless times that Ending of history will be taken or held proper absolutely to National security commitment.

Their ultimate objective in the "BIG WORDS" of history and culture is to be with history and culture of National leadership that future attacks on Taiwan are very high-cost ; as no matter how very rich the history and culture will hate the Taiwan country.
So,Taiwanese response is unfeeling Ending of history.
After all,the heavy fee is shameful history and culture,even tarnishes Taiwan's National appearance.
Shameful history and culture disproportional Math National defense war-fighting operation ; "BIG WORD" ; it is just a text.
Absolutely!Yes!they are the core of country,too.So,we must ask for asymmetric "an tooth for a tooth - National defense strategic deployment.
Deterrent "an tooth for a tooth" can prevent the threats aggressions of shameful history and culture.
For instance,the United States depended on the threat of a large,asymmetric response to prevent the Soviet Union from using its conventional global defense deployment.
台灣窮小子 spent much of mine time trying to find out a credible National commitment,which is avoiding unreasonable history and culture with non-logic.
Put simply,shameful culture are just a loser,who is a vain hope to drive a sports car of " Lamborghini".
Indeed,the best model is to deploy "an tooth for a tooth" ; a very solid,asymmetric Ending of history.
For instance,if irresponsible history and culture,way of be "BIG WORDS" National citizens,that this not only acting against National core interests,so National citizens should end it.
So,the key of the National defense deployment is that it wins at deterrence-power of peoples' Ending of history ; Nation must risk to counterattack an oligarch interests of shameful history and culture.
In other words,to Nation and people,the central government is willing to do so - Ending of history.
History and culture often make no sense.
It could not prevent all-out war, or rolling back in the future.
For instance,indeed,National defense deployment is to process credibility,successful for National deterrence force ; we are thinking again each other in Taiwan Strait missile crisis,during 1995 ; shameful history and culture have almost fied off war.

以牙還牙的國家防衛策略部署

在歷史與文化的唬爛，它們的最終目標是歷史與文化的國家領導；
未來對台灣攻擊的高成本，是以，不論多有錢的歷史與文化，還是會討厭這個台灣國家！
因此，台灣人的反應應該是無情的終結歷史；
畢竟，沉重的代價是不要臉的歷史與文化，甚至，玷污，台灣的國家形象！
不要臉的歷史與文化是沒有數學比例的國家防衛作戰行動－唬爛只是課文！
當然，它們也是國家核心；
所以，我們必須要求不對稱性的，以牙還牙國家防衛策略部署！
以牙還牙的嚇阻，能夠預防不要臉的歷史與文化的威脅與挑釁！
舉例來說，美國依靠一個龐大的不對稱性的，傳統性的，全球防衛部署反應來預防蘇聯的威脅；
台灣窮小子，用了相當多的時日，嘗試發現一個可靠性的國家承諾；
就是避免不合理與沒有邏輯的歷史與文化！
簡單來說，不要臉的歷史與文化僅是一個失敗者；
妄想駕駛林寶堅尼的跑車！
其實，最佳的模式是以牙還牙部署；
一個非常實在的，不對稱性的終結歷史！
舉例來說，如果不負責任的歷史與文化，嘗試唬爛國家公民；
這不僅是違背國家核心利益，是以，國家公民應該終結它！
所以，國家防衛部署的關鍵是要贏得民眾的終結歷史的嚇阻力量；
國家必須冒險，以反擊不要臉的歴史與文化的寡頭利益！
換句話說，為了國家與民眾，中央政府是願意這樣做－終結歷史！
歷史與文化通常是沒有意義的！
它不能預防全面性戰爭，或是滾回古代；
舉例來說，事實上，國家防衛部署是進行成功的，可信任的國家嚇阻力量；
想一想：1995年台海飛彈危機，不要臉的歴史與文化幾乎引爆戰爭！
值得慶幸的是，以牙還牙不可怕；
終結歷史對台灣的國家防衛部署是負責任，同時，懲罰，不務實的歷史與文化！
作為一個國家台灣的歷史經驗與教訓，說明不要臉的歴史與文化是不可能的國家防衛；
雖然，有一點點的成功，但僅是曇花一現！
在台灣，中華民國沒有第二條路；
國家防衛政策只能決定在終結歷史！
因為不要臉的歴史與文化是一個廢人！
中華民國必須找回國家防衛形象，堅持台灣正義與終結歷史的策略原則！
因為台灣可以說是全球最敏感的國家－國家防衛部署是很困難的！
然而，真正的國家防衛部署，對不要臉的歴史與文化是很困難的實現；
他們所抄襲的戰術:"唬爛"，很可能會變得更加強烈，在未來的某個時候；
特別是，問題會變得一發不可收拾！
因此，國家防衛部署必須採取行動以確保中華民國的國家優勢；
至少，限制不要臉的歴史與文化，讓它們不那麼喜歡唬爛！
因此，有沒有真正的終結這個不要臉的歴史與文化，也不會是最後一回合！
