Establishing a win-win-win flock situation for the R.O.C. and the Taiwan.

More history and culture movements have shown the separatism ; whose is once again seeking to provoke historical animosities and wounds.

Given such bully the R.O.C. tactics , this reaction is not only deliberated , but perhaps unavoidable.

Yet,the Taiwan's central government's tactical response is slow-mistake ,

which its mistaking-risks make stupid of history and culture to destroy secure relations ;

so as we should not blame for the unconscionable tactical deployments.

While history and culture risk intensifying an action ,

but reaction is slower that will quite probably make the people of Taiwanese worse off than before.

Flock is not a history and culture question. It is completely justifiable to provide a sovereign nation ;

when facing our Homeland assaulted by a powerful neighbor

Whatever regardless of right and wrong, the result of training flocks will be establish powerful self-defense capability for a sovereign nation.

Indeed,taking such actions,and reaction to history and culture violence extremism and terrorism crises ;

in order to create a new model of security , stability , and order acceptable to both sides.

In turn,to protect the R.O.C. security , and our own Taiwan's Homeland security.

At this point, Taiwanese flock is a moderate on the Taiwan's political spectrum ;

which its action as reasonable retribution against supposedly expansibility of history and culture violence extremism and terrorism.

In short,according with " FLOCK DEFINITION" of the Chairwoman of the DPP Ms. Tsai Ing-wen ;

National Defense University Professor 洪榮一 ;

and Kaohsiung's citizen forum Mr.恆愛台 ;

台灣窮小子 proposed that Taiwanese flock will propose to Taiwan , and will include options like these:

1,The P.R.C. will permanently commit, once the historically based on Taiwan Strait matter will be settled ;

and keep the China's Homeland security ; as committed in the 2016 signs National Memorandum , and including Ending of history.

2,Taiwanese flock will determine the Taiwan's future , with independence as one option ,

meanwhile they must accept a monitoring of the United States ; and sanctionative referendum under Taiwanese.

3,Whatever the current and the future , Taiwan will not be opted for separatism.

4,A new model of flock-relationship will be established with an eye toward sense of equal partnership.

Moreover,breaking zero-sum thinking of history and culture ;

we can take flock-partnership to dramatically improve the opportunities of ending of history.

WHAT KIND OF "乙未" IS JUST FLOCK?

建構一個中華民國與台灣雙贏的羊群形勢

更多的歷史與文化運動已經說明分裂，它們正再次尋求挑起歷史仇恨與傷口；

在這樣欺負中華民國的戰術，這種反應不，僅是故意的，但可能是無可避免的；

然而，台灣的中央政府的戰術反應是緩慢的錯誤，其錯誤風險讓糟糕的歷史與文化破壞安全關係；

是以，應該歸咎於不合理的戰術部署！

雖然，歷史與文化加強風險的行動，旦是，反應慢，將很可能讓台灣人比以前更糟糕！

羊群，不是一個歷史與文化問題，這是完全正當的提供給一個主權國家；

當面對強大的鄰國威脅我們的國土！

不論對與錯，對培訓羊群的結果是建立一個主權國家強大的自主防衛能力；

其實，採取這些行動，反應暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義危機；

創造雙方都能接受的新模式安全，穩定與秩序！

另言之，為了保護中華民國的安全，與我們自己的台灣的國土安全；

在這一點上，台灣羊群是一個溫和的台灣政治光譜；

它的行動是合理的，懲戒，針對一般看來暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義的可擴展性；

總之，依據民進黨黨主席蔡英文女士；

國防大學教授洪榮一先生，

與高雄民間論壇老闆恆愛台先生的羊群定義；

台灣窮小子建議：台灣羊群處理台灣將包括這樣的選項:

一,中華人民共和國將永久承諾，一旦解決台灣海峽歷史依據，

並維護中國的國土安全，在2016年簽署國家備忘錄承諾，包括，終結歷史；

二,台灣羊群決定台灣的未來，並有獨立的一個選項，同時，必須接受美國監督與有約束力的台灣人公投；

三,不論是當前與未來，台灣不選擇分離；

四,一個新模式羊群關係將著眼於維護平等夥伴關係；

此外，打破歷史與文化的零和思維；

我們可以採取羊群夥伴關係，提高終結歷史的機會！
