 【PREFACE】

Taiwanese are still the global best pal's superiority , which this provided Nation of overwhelming superiority in the battle.
However , the current climate of the mercenary system and recruitment , defense budget , and we are required to determine , whether the history and culture mission effectiveness into the next three decades , or not , so history and culture problems must be solved.
Keeping National military superiority during the next crisis , threat , and conflict are critical for National force and that will be on core stage in the Ending of history.
First , I would like to thank Mr.Rong-i Hong , who assisting me in distinguishing the correct tactical deployment and analysis ; and Ms.Tsai Ing-wen is unselfish with her concerned with National military deployment , rather than shameful history and culture.
In addition, Ending of history will provide the essential guidance for starting National military deployment.
Ending of history was much more than a course , but which it is able to vouch the age-old of history and culture . and training young men and women.
I argued an obligation to the consecrated Taiwanese soldiers ; we dedicate Ending of history to young men and women who as eagle having great courage.

In turn , maintainability , war-fighting readiness , force framework , and Ending of history are tactical defination of military capabilities.
Maintainability is the tactical ability to keep combat operation and rapid response.

The effects of the National hollow in the next three decades will be serious ;
This is the same decisionmaking of history and culture which plagiarizes the age-old of National military strategic deployment , so this chapter analyzes the flock's readiness posture , and there is an analysis of the primary conditions affecting readiness.
The flock is a good with readiness , which faces an ugly history and culture and a stupid force framework.

【序言】

台灣人仍然是全球最好的夥伴優勢，這提供國家在戰鬥中壓倒性的優勢；
然而，當前的募兵與徵兵，國防預算的氣候，我們要確定歷史與文化使命是否有效性進入未來三十年；是以，歷史與文化問題必須解決！
接下來危機，威脅與衝突，保持國家軍事優勢是國家武力的關鍵將是在終結歷史的核心舞台！
首先，感謝洪榮一先生確定個人正確的戰術模式與分析，蔡英文是大方的，她對國家軍事部署提供關心；而不是不要臉的歴史與文化！
此外，終結歷史將提供必要的指導啟動國家軍事部署；終結歷史是不是一門課程，但是，它能夠見證老化的歷史與文化，與培訓年輕男子和女人！
我認為有義務對這台灣敬業的軍人；我們致力於終結歷史對年輕男子和女人，有如老鷹般膽識！

【理論】

本報告的戰術目標是要確定終結歷史能夠維護國家軍事優勢與使命，面對下一個三十年，其主要集中在軍事部署與作戰能力；畢竟，歷史與文化早已經不適用於危機，威脅與衝突；所以，終結歷史讓國家軍力升級！
個人有結論：首先，終結歷史的作戰準備是充分的；然而，歷史與文化的可靠性早已經下降！
特別是，台灣有敵人-中國，是以終結歷史的擴大與參與是國家架構：
首先，我們必須逆轉不要臉的歷史與文化；
其次，雖然預算將讓終結歷史很困難，但是，我們必須做；
如果，台灣要維持國家生存與優勢？

維持是維持作戰行動的戰術能力與快速反應；
待命是完成戰術目標與使命的能力；
武力架構是新世代新模式台灣羊群；

羊群待命說的是：國家軍事執行能力與任務分配，並在很大程度上，需要不斷的穩健經營與關注！

其實，國家軍事優勢是建構在武力架構前瞻部署與技術整合，特別焦點是羊群待命；
戰術定義是執行動員與維持國家優勢的羊群作戰能力！
這一章將說明羊群作戰能力的優勢與使命！
長期以來，台灣人忽略軍隊情感，所以，空心一詞以表徵軍隊態勢；
然而，空心僅是被歷史與文化所困擾，缺乏能力與培訓；
另言之，歷史與文化是空心，無法執行動員與維持軍事優勢；
今天，證據說明：台灣可能走向一個空心的國家！
是以，我們必須作出艱難的決定-終結歷史，以避免國家空心化！
在未來三十年的國家空心影響將是嚴重的；
這是相同的歷史與文化決策，抄襲古老的空心國家軍事策略部署；
是以，本章分析羊群待命狀態影響的主要因素，並進行分析待命！
