【THE NATIONAL ELITE WILL NOT BE NEVER DEATH】

NATIONAL ELITES ARE SEEKING A UNRAVELED STRATEGIC DEPLOYMENT OF SHAMEFUL HISTORY AND CULTURE ; A STRATEGIC DEPLOYMENT IS TO MAINTAIN SECURITY AND STABILITY , PUSH INDEPENDENCE AND FREEDOM.

PREFACE:

When we face today's much bigger risk to the history and culture , at a time of "We must disenthral ourselves," said the U.S. President Abraham Lincoln.

As the era is new , said the U.S. Admiral Chester William Nimitz , " We are out of money , so we must think."

At the dawn of attack , the Country faces a similar necessity ; nonetheless , history and culture are no imperatives.Taiwan's society is in need of Ending of history , such destructive thinking , to establish the National security of this R.O.C. , but this idea of hisotry and culture have always denied to change , said 台灣窮小子 , "If we cannot re-write history , so end of history."
We know that history and culture have been rarely in serious changing and rethinking ,so this is a way we cannot do.History and culture are less secure , or just than they believe themselves to be.The past time for re-examination is now , history and culture have never shocked by everyone.Because they are "BIG WORDS" stories.For instance , said history and culture "Poor kid cannot be married with a princess , but said the U.S. National Constitution and History " I can do that!"Indeed , during the past sixty years , Taiwan lacked of security strategy , or just focused on "We did not set freedom and independence against the autocracy" , and resist the CCP.
While since the 1990s' , Chinese president Deng Xiaoping started the conspicuous transformation of China ; they have also been seeking for history and culture theme to provide a China's framework appropriate to current and future situations.But history and culture have not been easy.So , Taiwan should think about National security and Homeland security for the next 30 years , rather than the China.
In this report, I suggest "the DPP's elites" that should stop the "BIG WORDS" of history and culture , and than take a fresh look at Taiwan's National core interests and priority of tactical objectives, if they are really elites , or not?On that foundation , I propose the framework of a new Homeland security strategy ; and this report is pushing to contribute to a new consensus to carry the Taiwan to the challenging the future.

1，【DEVIL DOG'S THINKING ABOUT NATIONAL STRATEGY 】

According with the global geopolitical trends show to two contradictory trends ahead : in particularly , a tide of the science - brained and technological forces that is integrating a global political , economic, and military models to face the age-old , powerful , fragmental history and culture. While no one knows what the trends will create , but the new globe coming will be effectively different in meaningful respects. Governments are facing forces of separatism and violence , especially , scientific , technological , and cultural power have been beyond the age-old history and culture full suppression.
Put simply , we have been swearing a transformation of global society - End ; as such circumstances , especially , so-called the National strategic wisdom is Ending and liberation for Taiwan's agricultural and industrial eras. As my view, the essence of Taiwan's strategic deployment must compose a re-balance between two critical tactical objectives. The first is to Ending of history , which its protection and commitment of superiority , in order to maintain independence , freedom , security , and prosperity for Taiwan and other Taiwanese citizens. The second , Taiwanese strategic deployment must also struggle to counterattack history and culture violence extremism and terrorism , since we cannot endure history and culture.In other words, they are instability of "BIFG WORDS".
Indeed , independence and freedom are the quintessential Taiwanese National value , but history and culture lack of security, and also the relative instability that results therefrom ; so the strategic deployment should seek freedom and security , rather than history and culture. Hense the DPP and Ms.Tsai Ing-wen : a tactical title for intensifying freedom and maintaining security. My assessment of the new Taiwan with Taiwanese people , and the National core interests and values , which provides the following orders as a guiding principle to the National strategy: National policy and strategy deployments must be connected with Taiwaneses' the National core interests. The foundation of the National core interests are to ensue consistency of politics , economies , military and security. Moreover , the foundational strategic deployment of the National core interests are the best achieved Taiwanese citizens support ; a clearly visible Taiwanese principles , rather than history and culture.
The maintenance of the R.O.C. military force is a National commitment and promise ; if the R.O.C. does not smart deployments in intensifying its own superiority , and well within 10 years National force will be reduced ; our National core interests will face the future of challenge even more than tough today. History and culture will not keep up themselves without conscious national commitment ; in particular , they will destroy National political , economic , social , technological , and military war-fighting capabilities and superiority. So , pledging Taiwanese freedom , independence ,and prosperity is particularly critical deployment ; without it , the Taiwan will be staggered in all Taiwanese people efforts.
The R.O.C. faces extraordinary new National crisis and an opportunity.So , National strategy must rise to positive challenges , and counterattack history and culture violence extremism and terrorism. Working toward constructive National partnership among the Ending of history superiority ; keeping the dynamism of the new Taiwanese people ; and sharing responsibility with others which such is a National agenda that we are striving to deal with history and culture problems. For instance , intensifying freedom and independence abroad of constitutional democracy ; market-based economic liberty ; and recognition of basic human rights.This is not related to history and culture.
These are the most important involving the physical environment that has a significant foundation in the responsible , managerial rules to face problems.
In other words , it is a significant national core interest of the Taiwan that there be economic growth Taiwan , to reduce the poorest live of Taiwanese and to mitigate political conflict.
At the same time , it is a significant national core interest of counterattacking organized crime of history and culture violence extremism and terrorism , without imperilling Taiwan's economy and the openness of cultural exchanges.
In particular , it is a significant national core interest of Taiwanese , including new immigration whose cannot be controlled by history and culture.
Finally , the independent and free security of Taiwanese citizens are also a significant national core interest , rather than history and culture.
The tactical objective Taiwan must ensure our own National freedom and independence ; law with its prosperity , security and stability.
But Taiwanese must recognize that these tactical objectives are best commitment in a Country where Ending of history achieve them.

The central government must intensify the confidence between the Taiwanese people and Country , especially , intensify the governmental personnel mechanism ; National security strategy and policy need to foster effective Joint operation , rather than history and culture.

The partnerships of the United States and the Japan are extension of the regional mechanisms , whatever their influence , stabilitry and the security.
But we cannot overlook the China , with positive attitude of Ending of history to face China , while we must understand the potential for competition that China lacks of freedom and independence.
At the same time , Taiwan should re-integrate military superiority , and keep its deterrent force in the National Water.

The DPP now holds a responsibility it will not give up , whatever for political party interests , the protection of Nation , stability and security , rather than history and culture.
History and culture are not National dominance , just as without integrity , without power ; they are not eating for fear of choking.
The DPP wants fully leadership responsibilities , but there are lacking of effective Elite - commander to lead.
