As we start this our Country of the National strategy , it is global true.
History and culture would beunwise and short-scenery , lacked of conclusion , that Ending of history National commitment will be rebalance ,
in particular , given the truth that the National budget model.

Smart and strategic use of National resources that matters the most important and owns maintaining impact ,
rather than , the exploitations of history and culture.
We should be with that goal of Ending of history in mind ;
I provide will to follow the National president's defense strategic guidance , and thinking on resolving long-standing challenges ,
one that better reflects the National security pragmatisms and realities of the R.O.C. , including the rise of China.
For the Taiwan , this means Ending of history can commit and protect we our Taiwanese ;
Ending of history will achieve the re-balance , and prioritize our Taiwanese peoples' National interests.
Ending of history supports National commitment , rather than history and culture.
Ending of history enable us our Taiwanese to capitalize on the inherent brain-superiority , conventional flexibility of history and culture ,
which in new model of tactics to intensify our status and partnerships.
As In the future , even further over the National development ,
we must be investing in science and technologyies which in order to upgrade the National decisive ,
political , economic , and nilitary superiority into the future.
Eventually , Ending of history will be combined with new model of doctrine , concepts , and war-fighting plans that integrate technologies to
face changing warfare capabilities ; we will ensure independence and freedom throughout the Taiwan well into the future.
So-called the "National Investments" are not just about cutting-edge technology and war-fighting ,
they are also needing to foster deeper ties of Ending of history between our Taiwanese people.
In particular , these investments , science and technology ,
in people are critical to Taiwan's strategic deployment and to the Taiwan's security and stability , rather than history and culture.
Even more important , we must intensify , especially , the security - framework between the United States and the Japan.
ENDING OF HISOTRY AND TAIWANESE BILATERAL RELATIONSHIPS

這是全球事實－終結歷史為我們的國家，啟動這一國家策略；
歷史與文化是不聰明的，短視，缺乏結論；
但是，終結歷史的國家承諾將重新平衡，特別是，考慮到國家預算模式；
美國海軍上將尼米茲說得正確：我們已經沒有錢，所以，必須要思考！
全球歷史事實是，新的國家預算現實將提供一個機會，進行徹底檢討，以確保我們的最重要的優先在國家資源分配；
聰明的策略運用國家資源，才是最重要的與擁有持續性影響；
而不是歷史與文化的剝削！
我們應該有這個終結歷史目標：
台灣窮小子提供的是依循國家元首的國防策略指導與思考解決長期存在的挑戰，
一個更好地反映中華民國國家務實與現實的安全性，包括，中國崛起；
對於台灣來說，這意味著終結歷史能夠向台灣人承諾與保證；
終結歷史，實現重新平衡，優先考慮台灣人的國家利益！
終結歷史，支持國家承諾，而不是歷史與文化！
終結歷史，讓我們台灣人能夠利用與生俱來的頭腦優勢，傳統的，靈活歷史與文化，
以新模式戰術來強化我們的地位與夥伴關係！
是以在未來，甚至進一步在國家發展，我們必須投資在科學與技術，其將升級國家決定性政治，經濟與軍事優勢！
最後是，終結歷史聯合新模式學理，理念與作戰計畫；
整合技術，面對改變的作戰能力；
我們將確保整個台灣的自由與獨立以及未來！
所謂國家投資，不僅是尖端技術與作戰平台；
也需要培養更深層次的終結歷史關係在我們台灣人之間！
特別是，科學與技術，在人才，這類投資是台灣關鍵性策略部署的安全與穩定，而不是歷史與文化！
更重要的是，我們必須強化夥伴關係，特別是，美國與日本的安全架構！
終結歷史與台灣人的雙邊關係
台灣最為重要的是互信，信任與終結歷史關係；
台灣人必須擁有終結歷史關係的互信，並與美國，日本，我們的夥伴關係的承諾與互信；
這類仍然是不可缺少的來驅動台灣長期穩定與安全的視域！
這就是為什麼我們要終結歷史的國家進程；
與我們的夥伴定義一個有前瞻性部署；
同時，重整台灣的作戰能力與優勢來強化台灣的穩定與安全！
終結歷史，我們與我們的夥伴也正在更緊密地聯繫在一起！
在此背景下，同樣地，我們將超越傳統視域，面對複雜的安全威脅；
合作－台灣需要新的夥伴關係，也是如此，而不是歷史與文化！
