但是，歷史虛線總是忽略這個事實；

這是不論中國還是台灣早已經提供清楚的虛線定義；

簡單來說，一個自稱的虛線！

雖然，在過去的一年裡，台灣僅是溫和的立場說明古老的說法，

包括，馬總統的東中國海和平倡議，其實，不能應用在南中國海；

值得注意的是，中國內戰之後，中華人民共和國是不是繼承中華民國的南中國海主張？

所以，在很大程度上，台灣的角色被忽視了！

換句話說，一個中國，在這個歷史與文化，原則上，鬼影早已經覆蓋台灣；

是以，為了一個穩定的生存空間，在自己的南中國海，台灣應該終結歷史來說明自己的海洋空間，

特別是，聯合國海洋法並沒有虛線！

我們必須小心踩在歷史與文化以避免暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義；

這將限制台灣的策略部署與選擇！

另外是，結束馬總統的部署，不僅是南中國海，或東中國海！

舉例來說，太平島不僅是一個小島；

依據聯合國海洋法提供的證據說明：它將持續維護台灣的海洋安全；

特別是，美國，日本與台灣的夥伴利益，簡單來說，海軍陸戰隊重返太平島！

對於中國來說，如果北京希望更好的兩岸關係，應該支持台灣，以驅動穩定與安全！
