 序言:

首先，國防大學洪榮一，有兩個戰術錯誤：

第一是，又是前總統李登輝與陳水扁的錯，然而，事實上，前總統陳水扁壓根就沒背過全球地緣政治部署與；

前總統李登輝的雖小，或是不要臉的歴史與文化蛋頭的唬弄！

歷史有眼，哪一個人只要惹上不要臉的歴史與文化，做總統也雖小!

第二是，不論是，南中國海，甚至東中國海，爭議都是不要臉的歴史與文化的詭計；

意圖摧毀區域穩定與安全，尤其是，中國歷史與文化壓根就沒有海權思維；

特別是，左蠢，左逼，左笨蛋，挾中國國家主席習近平來維持不要臉的歴史與文化霸權主義；

與極端主義與恐怖主義政治；

是以爭議的癥結在於歷史與文化的不見笑，不要臉，與沒衛生！

【轉變趨勢】【南中國海台灣的角色】

Unless Taiwan , along with China , in accordance with the South China Sea Rim , and also including the Philippines , Vietnam , and Malaysia ; but historical dashed line has always overlooked this fact , in turn , the South China Sea is just inland sea.

This no matter what China or Taiwan has already provided obviously the meaning of the dashed line ,

Remarkably , the People’s Republic of China (PRC) whether inherited its advocate from the Republic of China (ROC) after the Chinese civil war , or not?

So , in largely level , Taiwan's rold has been ignored.

In other words , "One-China" , in this history and culture , principle , which ghost - shadow has been already covering Taiwan  , to a stable , survivable space for our in the South China Sea ;

Taiwan should be Ending of history to show that our maritime space , especially , the UNCLOS did not have the dashed line.

We must pace carefully on history and culture to avoid history and culture violence extremism and terrorism , that this will limit Taiwan's strategic deployments and options.

In addition to end President Ma's deployments , which is no matter what the South China Sea , or the East China Sea.

For instance , Taiping Island is not an island , and according with the UNCLOS provide evidence that it will be continuing of maintaining

Taiwan's maritime security , in particular , the interests of partnership between the United States and the Japan , with Taiwan.

Put simply , the marine corps will re-turn back to the Taiping Island.

For China , if Beijing hopes for better cross-strait relations , it would support Taiwan , in order to push stability and security.

【TENDENCIES OF TRANSFORMATION】

【TAIWAN'S PERSONA IS IN THE SOUTH CHINA SEA】

端視環南中國海，除了台灣與中國，也包括菲律賓，越南與馬來西亞；

但是，歷史虛線總是忽略這個事實；另言之，南中國海僅是內海！

這是不論中國還是台灣早已經提供清楚的虛線定義；簡單來說，一個自稱的虛線！

雖然，在過去的一年裡，台灣僅是溫和的立場說明古老的說法，包括，馬總統的東中國海和平倡議，其實，不能應

用在南中國海；值得注意的是，中國內戰之後，中華人民共和國是不是繼承中華民國的南中國海主張？

所以，在很大程度上，台灣的角色被忽視了！

換句話說，一個中國，在這個歷史與文化，原則上，鬼影早已經覆蓋台灣；

是以，為了一個穩定的生存空間，在自己的南中國海，台灣應該終結歷史來說明自己的海洋空間，

特別是，聯合國海洋法並沒有虛線！

我們必須小心踩在歷史與文化以避免暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義；

這將限制台灣的策略部署與選擇！

另外是，結束馬總統的部署，不僅是南中國海，或東中國海！

舉例來說，太平島不僅是一個小島；

依據聯合國海洋法提供的證據說明：它將持續維護台灣的海洋安全；

特別是，美國，日本與台灣的夥伴利益，簡單來說，海軍陸戰隊重返太平島！

對於中國來說，如果北京希望更好的兩岸關係，應該支持台灣，以驅動穩定與安全！
