【總統 蔡英文說想想~~~新台灣國土安全戰略】

Unloading Taiwan's new model of Homeland security strategy
Approximately two year ago，Taiwan's DPP was in power again，and lacking of the doctrine of the Homeland security to come out.
Whatever Taiwaneese people preference on any level，it is difficult not to kick out of the strategy with Tsai Ing-wen's "Maintaining the status quo" lacking out of none of your head.
Taiwan's Dpp cannot present a Taiwan focused on increasing its influence and solidifying the National freedom and independence，this Left-wing's DPP that believes that it is accomplishing its goals，but which simultaneously feels threatened by the Sino.
There is also no question that Taiwanese Left-wing's DPP is concerned about its history and culture，which I know it is in trouble，and not just because of threatened by the Sino，where convenient as they are to Left-wing's history and culture country.
Pur simply，Taiwanese Left-wing's DPP  is lacking of the strategy document of the Homeland security that sees Left-wing's history and culture on its as threats to be overcome，whether they come from within or without.
Most of Taiwanese Left-wing's DPP 's ideas are not new.
Indeed，it just reiterates past Taiwanese stories and positions，some long-held and some ended over the crisis. 
But while there are none of surprises in Taiwanese Left-wing's DPP，but Taiwanese independence and freedom make it worth our attention on maintaining the status quo.
Sino's Objectives
The themes of history and culture run through the strategy. 
Perhaps the most important is that of an emperor and influence. 
On the strategy expresses conceited in Sino's increased role in solving the most important National problems.
Indeed，the most important words are increasing the competitiveness of Sino's history and culture，and in addition to  very much focused on increasing Chinese dreams.
Sino intends to accomplish this，through participation in history and culture.
Sino feels it is making progress:it has already destroyed assaults on Taiwan's economy，and demonstrated its capacity to effectively defend its interests，including the rights of compatriots Taiwanese.
But while history and culture are not devoid of the Sino's foreign policy objectives，it is actually heavily focused on Communist Party of China itself. 
So，the Homeland security is reflecting Taiwanese security，in this context，it is notable that，homeland security-protection and commitment of the country and society，economic growth，health history and culture，science and technology，including quality life of Taiwanese citizens，with survivable environment.
Note that most of these focus on Taiwanese citizens own development，and only tangentially relate to foreign policy.
However，the threats to these values come from Left-wing's violent history and culture terrorists and extremists. 
Interestingly，the discussion of values is paired with appeals to the unity of history and culture，and the Chinese tradition of ethnic and religious tolerance.
In short，Taiwan emphasis on traditional values，whatever they are，Homeland security listed as another National security interest at the outset. 
Why worries Taiwan?
The new Homeland security strategy lists a broad range of threats，both in general and specific to the various components of Taiwanese people National security，in particular，Left-wing's violent history and culture terrorists and extremists. 
Some of those related to Taiwan is，corruption and subversion，the military and political doctrine，with a range of destruction and threats of Left-wing's violent history and culture terrorists and extremists. 
China efforts to create flashpoints of tension in Taiwan，which pose a challenge to Taiwanese people National interests，the overthrow of legitimate regimes，and provocation of domestic instability and conflict.
In sum, it depicts a China which is in destroying the Taiwan's stability and security , and a Taiwan at risk because of its history and culture.
Interestingly，so-called "Color Factions" are for a great deal in Taiwan，who are here described as the possible work of "Radical social groups" to which tended to seek to destabilize the Taiwan's social stability and security.
In sum，Left-wing's history and culture present as dangerous for Taiwan，in part to limit Sino's power. 
The dangers of Left-wing's violent history and culture terrorists and extremists，instability and proliferation，make cooperation with Taiwanese people necessary. 
What it means?
As I said at the outset，little in the Homeland security strategy is particularly new.
Importantly，the threats from within as at least as important as the threats from without. 
The solution is kicking out of Left-wing's history and culture，Economy.
This means that Taiwan will continue to maintaining the status quo of  activist in its policy and refusing to back down.
Taiwan's Homeland strategy is about increasing Taiwanese people "Fuck-up" history and culture power , at home and abroad.

【TAIWAN'S NEW MODEL OF HOMELAND SECURITY STRAYEGY 】

新模式台灣國土安全戰略
大概兩年前，台灣民進黨再次執政，缺乏國土安全學理出來；
不論是在任何層面上的台灣人鄉親偏好，很困難從蔡英文的維持現狀策略中，攆掉沒有頭腦的策略!
台灣民進黨不會提出一個偏重於增加台灣影響力，以穩固國家自由與獨立，這個左翼民進黨認為，它正在實現其目標，並遭受到中國威脅!
毫無疑問，台灣左翼民進黨關心的是歷史與文化，台灣窮小子知道，這是麻煩的，而不僅是因為中國的威脅，因為它們被歸類為左翼歷史與文化國家!
簡單來說，台灣左翼民進黨，缺乏國土安全戰略文件，將左翼歷史與文化看作是要克服的威脅，不論是來自台灣境內，或是中國境外!
大多數台灣左翼民進黨的主意，不是新的!
事實上，它僅重申，台灣過去的故事與立場，有些是長期存在，並沒有在危機中終結!
但是，儘管台灣左翼民進黨沒有甚麼驚訝，對台灣的獨立與自由值得我們維持現狀!
中國的目標?
歷史與文化主題在新戰略，也許最重要的是皇帝與影響力!
在這個戰略中，中國在解決最重要的國家問題中，增加的作用表示驕傲!
事實上，最重要的一句話是，提高中國歷史與文化的競爭力，而且，非常注重增加中國夢!
中國打算透過歷史與文化來完成這一點!
中國方面正在取得進展:已經開始對台灣經濟的破壞，並表現出有效維護其利益的能力，包括台灣人同胞的權利!
但是，在歷史與文化不符合中國外交政策目標的狀況下，實際上，卻非常重視共產黨自身!
所以，國土安全戰略反映台灣安全，在這方面，值得注意的是，國土安全-國家與社會承諾與保證，經濟成長，健康的歷史與文化，科學與技術，包括台灣人民眾的生活質量與生存環境!
請注意，其中大部分重點是台灣人自己的發展，只有務實地涉及到外交政策!
然而，這類價值理念威脅來自左翼暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義!
有趣的是，對價值理念的討論是對歷史與文化的統一，中國民族與宗教傳統的配合!
總之，台灣強調傳統，不論如何，國土安全就列入另一個國家安全利益!
為什麼擔心台灣?
新國土安全戰略列出台灣的國家安全各個層面的具體與一般的威脅，特別是，左翼暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義!
其中，有些與台灣相關的是，腐敗與顛覆，政治與軍事原則，以及，一系列左翼暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義，擴散與威脅!
中國在台灣形成緊張情勢的努力，這對國家利益構成挑戰，推翻合法制度，挑釁國內不穩定與衝突!
總之，中國描繪一個正在破壞台灣的穩定與安全，也是因為歷史與文化，而讓台灣處於危機之中!
有趣的是，對所謂顏色派系在台灣有很大的責任，它們企圖破壞台灣社會穩定與安全的激進社會團體!
總之，左翼歷史與文化對台灣來說是危險的，這在一定程度上是為了限制中國的權力!
左翼暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義不穩定擴散與危險讓台灣人的合作成為必要!
這是什麼意思?
正如台灣窮小子所說，國土安全戰略不是特別新!
重要的是內部威脅，至少與沒有的威脅，同款重要!
解決方案是攆除左翼歷史與文化，經濟學!
這意味台灣在政策上將繼續維持現狀的積極性，並拒絕退讓!
台灣的國土安全戰略是在國內外，增加台灣人公民幹伊娘歷史與文化的力量!
