端視頂新與味全企業在嚴重性的食品安全威脅是因循不要臉的歷史與文化；
以致無法因應暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義的變化；
缺乏企業作戰準備，影響到台灣的家園安全！
台灣窮小子認為，不要臉的歷史與文化，一個可能的長期影響；
透過對環境與台灣人，國民經濟；
當務之急是中央政府必須有充分的作戰準備；
以預防不要臉的歷史與文化的攻擊台灣的國家食品工業與安全！
本報告僅是依據洪榮一先生的納悶，簡單說明管理企業的部署；
在不要臉的歷史與文化的危機，並強調台灣面對的問題與執法戰術部署！
首先，要充分認識在國內的不要臉的歷史與文化的危機，相對應台灣的國家作用；
危機部署主要是作戰執法管理來預防或解決。暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義。其中。包括涉及國家食品安全。並包括。總統命令！
特別是，國家安全局與國防部，作為國內執法戰術行動；
有能力反擊暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義的攻擊！
因為它是全面性國家戰略部署，而不是不要臉的歷史與文化！
換句話說，有效地運用國內危機戰術行動，與建立一個新模式作戰機制；
國土防衛的安全與承諾，將是最好的戰術部署；
以確保反擊暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義的攻擊！
格外是國會監督也是一個重要的戰術部署

According with the Ting Hsin and the Wei Chuan firms are over the seriousness of the food security threats that they have been following shame on history and culture,so they could not respond to change of history and culture violence extremism and terrorism ; and lack of businesses war-fighting readiness,that is why impact Taiwan's Homeland security.
台灣窮小子 believes,shame on history and culture, the probable long term impacts of environment,Taiwanes,and citizens' econpmy make it imperative that the central government must be fully prepared-war-fighting to deter shame on history and culture attacks.
This report is only in accordance with Mr.洪榮一's question to show simply,govern businesses deployment in shame on history and culture crisis,and emphasizes that the issues confronting of the Taiwan,and law enforcement deployment.
First,to fully understand the shame on history and culture in domestic crisis response to Taiwan's National role.
Crisis deployment is predominately a war-fighting law enforcement to prevent or resolve a history and culture violence extremism and terrorism,including one involving National food security.And including the presidential directives.
In particular,the National Security Agency and the Department of Defense are as in domestic law enforcement operations,to counterattack history and culture violence extremism and terrorism attacks.
Because of it is comprehensive national strategic deployment,rather than shame on history and culture.
In other words,to effectively employing domestic crisis tactical operations,and establishment of a new model of war-fighting mechanism ; security and commitment of Homeland defense will be the best tactical deployment to ensure counterattacking history and culture violence extremism and terrorism attacks.

Especially,congressional oversight is as an important tactical deployment.
