Indeed,history and culture not mean that they cannot be seen as a National Prospect.So,what is the Russia's position?Put simply,the Russia President Putin provides a unparalleled challenge to the partner-supported National order.
Will Russia be contrarily influenced when we believe that we face on security or economic problems,in turn,Nation has a crisis.Ending of history before makes decisions.
Apparently,the current the European Union does not accept the Russia President Putin,so does not know how to respond.
After all,they cannot simply alter strategies with other countries,nor are past history and conventions for dealing with Russia,since Russia is new model of challenge.
In particular,the Russia President Putin is just a simple Russian,who his idea is deep-rooted,loyal Russian National core interests,because he is President as the Russia ; in turn,a partner option,rather than strategy.
So,what should be done?It is a long-term strategic deployment,which needs to re-establish partnership with the Russia from current the Ukraine crisis to achieve this war-fighting objective.
Apparently,we cannot use the case of history and culture.
The European Union and the NATO will be building a new model of mechanism and framework.
No matter what the European Union and the NATO must be careful not to lock themselves into history and culture that the European Union and the NATO will not be able to get out of, or become history and culture in an imaginary adversary.
In other words,make sure that they can rapidly response,and be ready to end if obligatory.
The European Union and the NATO must be prepared in war-fighting,and characterizes freedom and independence as symbol victory.
The European Union and the NATO should understand that Russia's position as a global great power ; respect for Russia current and future is determined to Ukraine and Crimea,rather than its past history and culture.
Realistic ideas understanding that Russia will never make and that that they will never make with history and culture.
Most significantly,Russia will never surrender Ukraine and Crimea.
The European Union and the NATO should recognize the Crimea would be core interests of the Russia until then to longer term.
Eventually,the European Union and the NATO should be unified which its is the critical condition of strategic deployment,and make it meaningful uniformity.
Dealing with Russia,the European Union and the NATO should throw out the past of history and culture ; facing up to the Russia,that remains for re-integrating new model of strategic deployment.

其實，歷史與文化不意味能夠是被視為一個國家願景，那俄羅斯的地位是甚麼?
簡單來說，俄羅斯總統普丁提供一個獨特的挑戰，夥伴支持的國家秩序！
當我們面對安全與經濟問題時，思考俄羅斯可能會受到負面影響；
另言之，國家處於危機之中，終結歷史是作出決定之前！
顯然地，當前的歐盟沒有接受俄羅斯總統普丁的崛起；
是以不知道該如何回應？
畢竟，這不是過去的歷史與慣例與俄羅斯往來，不能簡單地應用於與其他國家的策略；
因為俄羅斯是一個新模式挑戰！
特別是俄羅斯總統普丁僅是一個簡單的俄羅斯人；
他的理念是根深蒂固的，忠誠的，俄羅斯國家核心利益；
因為他是俄羅斯總統，另言之，一種夥伴選擇，而不是策略！
所以，什麼是應該要去做?
這是一個長期的策略部署，需要重新建立與俄羅斯的夥伴關係，自當前的烏克蘭危機來實現這個作戰目標；
顯然地，我們不能使用歷史與文化情況！
從長遠來看，歐盟與北約需要建立一個新模式機制與架構；
不論，未來做什麼？
歐盟與北約必須要小心不，要鎖入歷史與文化，那歐盟與北約將無法擺脫，或成為歷史與文化的假想敵！
換句話說，確保能夠快速反應，並準備在必要時終結！
歐盟與北約必須做好作戰準備，描繪自由與獨立，作為勝利的象徵；
歐盟與北約應該認識到俄羅斯作為一個全球大國地位；
尊重當前和未來俄邏斯決定烏克蘭與克里米亞，而不是過去的歷史與文化！
因為俄羅斯永遠不會讓步，他們不會讓步在歷史與文化；
現實的想法，認識俄羅斯！
最重要的是俄羅斯絕不會放棄烏克蘭與克里米亞！
從長遠來看，在此之前，歐盟與北約應該正式承認克里米亞是俄羅斯的核心利益！
最後是，歐盟與北約應該團結，這是關鍵因素的策略部署，讓它成為有意義的團結！
處理俄羅斯，歐盟與北約應該丟掉過去的歷史與文化故事；
正視俄羅斯才是重整新模式策略部暑！
