無恃其不來，恃吾有以待也；無恃其不攻，恃吾有所不可攻也！

其實，沒有人說明中亞潛在性威脅是介於投機與現實；
特別是，困難地取得可靠的招募情報！
換句話說，民眾的同情，現在已經成為一個不穩定的政治問題，在宣稱加入了聖戰；
畢竟，歷史與文化都是高度投機與唬爛政治化；
很簡單的邏輯與理由－沒有人有一個準確的評估！
換句話說，這僅是基於對聖戰社交媒體與論壇的聊天訊息；
過後不久，一個恐懼的前提，提到伊斯蘭國家將會是一個新流行性的全球性威脅！
其實，激進的伊斯蘭主義早已經陳述，中亞區域獨裁政權的威脅；
另言之，他們代表正義反擊腐敗和獨裁；
這是為什麼激進伊斯蘭主義的號召可能是強大的吸引力！
舉例來說，中亞區域國家是由專制的歷史與文化統治者支配；
也是惡名昭彰的腐敗；
即使經歷了革命，革命流行導致政權更換，但是不能改變國家腐敗與崩潰的政治制度；
這就是歷史與文化的唬爛！
歷史與文化的唬爛，造成超過五萬人死亡，超過八萬人流離失所，在20世紀90年代，包括二十一世紀第一個十年；
有趣的是，中亞區域國家的石油與天然氣儲量龐大；
旦是，國家政治系統是專制的歷史與文化；
特別是，國家農業人口還是面對貧窮！
特別是，國家安全武力對民眾開槍，當不爽已經流到激進伊斯蘭教；
是以主，張建立一個caliphate的目標！
因此，最有可能的是同情極端主義；
因為專制的歷史與文化不需要思想的表達，是以迫使轉入地下，與訴諸於暴力！
最後是，中亞地區最大的威脅還是中亞地區自身的歷史與文化；

當然，中國與台灣也是！

Indeed,no one did not show that the potential threat to Central Asia would be the difference between speculation and reality.

In particular,it is hard to come by recruitment-intelligence,

In other words,peoples' sympathies has become a volatile political issue,that they have claimed to be joined up with the jihadist.

After all,history and culture are all highly politicized and speculative ;

the simple logic and truth are that no one has a correct assessment.

In other words,it is just based on chat-messages of jihadist forums and social media.

Shortly thereafter, a dreadfulterms referred that the Islamic State will be a new epidemic global threat.

Indeed,radical Islamism has already stated that threat to the Central Asia region’s dictatorship regimes ;

in turn,they represent to justice who counterattack the corruption and authoritarianism.

That is why the call of radical Islamism will be powerful attraction!

For instance, the Central Asia region’s countries are governed by history and culture authoritarian rulers ;

also they are notoriously corrupt.

Despite that they had experienced revolutions,which revolutions resulted in regime change ;

but they could not change the National corruption and collapsed political system. 

So,this is "BIG WORDS" of history and culture,

The "BIG WORDS" of history and culture had brought about more than 50,000 people dead,and 80,000 displaced in the 1990's,

during first deacde of 21st century.

Interestingly,the Central Asia region’s countries have enormous reserves of oil and natural gas ;

but the National political system is autocratic history and culture,in particular,National agricultural populations are still facing poverty.

Especially,National security forces have fired into people ; when feeling out0of-sort has flowed toward radical Islamism ;

whose advocates for its goal of establishing a caliphate.

As a result,it is most likely to be sympathetic with the extremists.

Because the autocratic history and culture does not need the expression of ideas ;

which have forced them go underground and can turn to violence.

In the end,the biggest threat to Central Asia is Central Asia itself history and culture ;

of course,the China and the Taiwan are,too.
