In every of the Ukraine conflict , crisis is common occurrence of the day.

In particular , in Moscow , where the compromise will not considered by traitors.

While the Russia has carried out economic sanctions by Western countries.

At this logic , Western countries are going to get hurt ; this is not only suffering being caused by the Ukraine ;

and it does imply is that unhinged history and culture dialogue with Russia.

"BIG WORDS" of history and culture are short ;

history and culture are lacking of strategic thinking ; after all , the global "COLD WAR" had just ended for 25 years ,

so Ukraine’s odd strategic significance should be in the memory of the Russia.

The Ukraine will have to reverse military and economic dependency on the Age-Old of the Europe ;

and with Russia that have owned maintainable political support ; deny silly of history and culture.

In the end , for this kind of ending to be possible ; and the framework of a deal acceptable to both sides has been a transparency ;

Given the armed confrontation with the Russia , or only lacks of a confidence.

腐敗的烏克蘭將是西方國家的燙手芋頭

其實，一個，可能是不可逆轉的危機衝突正在挑動俄羅斯與西方國家的關係；

在每一個烏克蘭衝突，危機僅是司空見慣；

特別是，在莫斯科，叛徒是不被認為能夠妥協；

雖然，西方國家已經對俄羅斯實施經濟制裁！

按照這個邏輯，西方國家可能受到傷害，這不單是烏克蘭的痛苦；

它確實表明是精神錯亂的歷史與文化與俄羅斯的對話！

歷史與文化的唬爛是短暫的，歷史與文化是缺乏策略思維；

畢竟，全球冷戰僅終結二十五年，所以，烏克蘭的古怪策略意義應該在俄羅斯的記憶；

其實，俄羅斯仍然擁有超過六千枚核子彈頭與大概百萬人傳統性軍力；

這是一個災難性的破壞作戰能力！

而且，為了歐洲的信用，美國總統 Barack Obama 與德國總理默克爾Angela Merkel ，

努力尋求一個和平的解決方案，與解決克里米亞的外交爭議；

另言之，在很大程度上，維持與承擔，泛大西洋的團結！

然而，什麼是當前的危機，烏克蘭的腐敗，這是一個歷史與文化的破壞，

甚至，引爆公開衝突，所以，迫切需要一個模式；

換句話說，歷史與文化的批判是頑固，制裁－沙文主義；

這將讓俄羅斯總統普丁在壓力下屈服，不論是軍事或是經濟！

因為歷史與文化的氛圍是零互信，任何唬爛將是可能的！

一個可怕的歷史與文化將會燒到全球兩個核武強權；

是以，終結必須啟動，對華盛頓與莫斯科，另一個是德國！

那莫斯科將不得不接受烏克蘭人民自由選項；

西方國家也將接受以俄語為母語的人在克里米亞與烏克蘭東部！

畢竟，烏克蘭不適合北大西洋公約組織；

或如，台灣也不適合中華人民共和國！

烏克蘭將不得不扭轉對老歐洲的軍事和經濟依賴，與俄羅斯共同擁有可持續性政治支持；

拒絕愚蠢的歷史與文化！

最後是，對於這種終結是可能的，雙方都能接受的架構是清楚的，

與有鑑於與俄羅斯的武力對抗，或僅是缺少一個互信；

因為互信在歷史與文化是一個謎題！
