What kind of counterattacked operation can Ukraine deploy?

According with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has ordered general mobilization，and Ukrainians are already engaging in unconventional war-fighting to preparing for a longer-term counterattacking.
In fact，given the major disparities in capabilities between the Russia and the Ukraine，after all，operations by the upward of 190,000 Russian military and security intelligence spies that will likely overwhelm the Ukraine's conventional defenses.

可以肯定的是，烏克蘭的反擊行動很可能會在非傳統性軍事行動的動態環境中展現出來，而不是左翼民兵。

烏克蘭可以部署什麼模式反擊行動？
