平心而論,不是有意以文誌頂撞 郝伯伯!實在是目籌真的沒有給喇仔肉糊到?特別是:
一,"multilateralize framework".之於蔡英文主席,平心而論,真的沒有說明錯誤;
二,呂前副總統 秀蓮女士,也無引述有誤;
但依 郝將軍之停火一詞,應該是如:

所謂國家海軍的戰略攻擊潛艦部隊還是扯不上歷史&哲學等論述;

特別是,打擊暴力極端主義,格外是,歷史,文化和哲學,因為它們是:

一,馬英九總統在處理南中國海問題上，似乎正在接受某些不切實際的觀點，逐步地放棄在南中國海地區的利益?

二,南中國海問題既是一個歷史問題?

三,南中國海問題上台灣與大陸沒有實質上的分歧，台灣在南中國海地區保留駐軍，形成實質上的管轄權?

四,只要海峽兩岸團結起來，那麼，就可以達到不戰而屈人之兵之目的?

五,海峽兩岸有必要在南中國海問題上公開發布聲明;大陸應與台灣進行戰略協商，共同保衛中國在南中國海地區的海洋權益?

這個也很好玩,也頗值納悶?

不可否認,蔡英文主席說明中肯,沒有指標方向,哪來具體執行方針呢?競選要有格,又豈能隨意漫罵呢?

還是僅當是女人呢?

另外,還是瞄不上歷史,哲學等等,簡單來說:如果有那麼迷人?那就找來當太太,就不要找女人當妻子,話說還是蔡英文主席最迷人!

首先,所謂飛彈系統,也是軍事攻擊裝備,特別是,強調視距外打擊能力;再就航艦戰鬥群的作戰原則是全球投射武力的象徵,怎麼瞄和瞥還是扯不上進犯海岸?唉!

第二是軍事科技的研究發展非朝日可成,簡單來說:

What is the national marine?
Viewing that,now of international environment has been changing,so,what us the National power,in particular,Marines,that should be able to upgrade to any of patterns of maneuvering to deploy,especially,Disputed region.This has to face such management of crisis,and in spite of threat may more sophisticated.
Although.also.it cannot denied that so-called the Joint Operation System,but,it will not be deployment action of the Marines. Simply speaking,the sufficient and importanec in the Marines action.
Further,The matines that the nation will be able to need the operate of military capabilities and forces to promise the national interests.

僅對此小有納悶:台灣安全靠兩岸和解甚於軍購?

平心而論,軍事力量應該是國家實力和優勢,這和軍備競賽沒多大關係;

在則,國家防衛自主發展,不是有錢就能辦得到;

然而,在面對危機和威脅下,最快的模式也是軍購,同時,也能宣示國家自主防衛的決心;

簡單來說:

平心而論,以國家軍事戰略的說法,應該是比蔡英文主席的台灣人ㄧ詞說明,來得更具國際視域,是不是呢?
